I have an anxious/reactive Rottweiler that I take to Dr. Boyd’s, the team there treats him better than any other clinic we’ve taken him to (not trying to bash names because everyone does the best they can when it comes to a reactive big pup) and they blow my mind with each visit with the amount of professionalism they have. They’re always very understanding and accommodating and we’re in and out very quick so my pup can have the easiest experience there.They have such a warm atmosphere when you walk into the building and everyone is always super nice!My pup is being re-homed out of state, but if/when we decide to care for another pet we will certainly come back to Dr. Boyds for the best care possible.

Our 8 year old dog was having trouble breathing on Sunday before sun rise. They saw him right away and quickly got him oxygen. Through X-rays and other imaging they diagnosed him with pneumonia. Keeping him on oxygen they aggressively treated him with iv antibiotics. He was able to breathe on his own and come home that night. Throughout the process they have been very communicative and upfront about pricing. They let us know all our treatment options but did not pressure us one way or the other. They also called on Monday just to check and see how our dog was doing. Very pleased with their service and so thankful for their genuine desire to help my pet.Dr . Thompson was our doctor and she was wonderful.

Today was my first time using the vet service for my German shepherd and miniature poodle. I really fell in love with the atmosphere when I first walked in. I loved the design and layout of the lobby, I loved how friendly EVERYONE was. I felt that it was a really nice experience for my dogs and especially my German shepherd. They weren’t afraid of him and they treated him like he was a baby which was a really nice change from other vets we’ve seen. I also was a fan of them not pushing unnecessary products on my dogs. I can finally say that I’ve found out fur-ever vet.

Horrible care for my pet I was so disgusted on how they treated my dog and didn't prescribe any meds or anything. I will never return here. Luckily, a different vet helped us and my dog is 100% better. I do not recommend Dr. Boyds.

Not only is this place Spectacular & Lovely, The ENTIRE staff matches this establishments good looks & personality!What a great ambiance with a warm welcoming aura once you walk in!Fur babies exiting the facility were not anxious or determined to leave. Instead, they happily trotted their way out easily.You & your pet will LOVE it there!Great Job to everyone there at Dr. Boyds!

Love this practice. The vets are very knowledgeable and everyone on the staff has been so nice. Facility is clean and they have lots of space in the waiting area to keep everyone in their own space. Love watching the doggy day care cameras too.

This is the best place! First, Eazy's (bernedoodle) Vet has saved him from a UTI and stomach parasitic infection (he came with from the breeder) at a very reasonable price. The staff cares! The price is very reasonable. Second, daycare is a blast for Eazy! He loves the staff and the small group of dogs he is with for daycare. They do an immaculate job at organizing this. I love watching it on Doggy cam. Third, Eazy loves his baths they give him every 3 weeks at a reasonable price. The most important thing is that Eazy loves and gets excited to go to Dr. Boyd's and they truly care. Thank you all!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE YOU CAN TAKE YOUR DOGS TO.I had an extremely disappointing experience with Boyd's Veterinary Resort. Their lack of transparency with fees left me feeling deceived and frustrated. On top of that, I can't trust their integrity as they seemed willing to exaggerate my dog's condition just to increase the charges. The way their managers yelled at me while I was trying to resolve issues was unprofessional and uncalled for. To make matters worse, I discovered they were recording me without my consent, which is a clear invasion of privacy. This place lacks the professionalism and ethics you'd expect from a veterinary facility.Stay away and do yourself and your beloved pet a favor and don’t step a foot there.

Honestly, Not worth it. We dropped out dogs off on Friday afternoon and picked up Sunday morning. For 2 dogs we payed over $1000. They insisted that our dogs needed a full exam even though we told them that they had both just had exams not too long ago. They insisted and added another charge. The vaccine prices were outrageous, we never saw one of our dogs on the cameras, the cameras were extremely low quality. Not to mention when we finally didn't pick up we waited a good 25 minutes just for them to bring our dogs to us. We sent one dog in with a collar that had a buckle and a strap similar to a belt loop. Instead of just undoing the buckle they undid the whole strap? and then re-fit to her way too lose. Not that serious but just a bit annoying. They also called us around 11 on the day we were going to pick up letting us know that one of our dogs was running around too much and one of her nails started to bleed and they were giving her a break. They also gave the other dog a break for no apparent reason. We checked the cameras again right before we picked up around 1:30pm and noticed the dogs were still not back out to play. The staff were very friendly and helpful nonetheless. Overall We personally feel like for over $1000 nothing was super special or outstanding. Not even a report card at the end of the stay like a lot of other places. We're appreciative that our dogs were definitely cared for but most likely will not be back.

I honestly don't think I could say enough good things about Dr. Boyd's. We only used their services for a short time (due to moving out of the area) but had the most amazing, attentive, caring service from absolutely everyone at this clinic. Dr. Wesson is wonderful and shows such passion and dedication, and the staff were all very warm and professional. I always felt like my pup was in good hands when there, and without a doubt we would have continued using this vet if we remained local. I recommend this office to absolutely everyone!

Had a wonderful experience here for a vet visit:1. Very transparent with pricing. 2. Easy forms and they request previous records. 3. Easy scheduling - was able to schedule 3 pets at the same time. 4. Clean facility and friendly staff. Dr. McKenna and her assistant were gentle and thorough with our babies. 5. Easy check out with paperwork already lined up. Very happy with the visit, highly recommend!
