I had a terrible experience with Diversified Towing on June 18th, 2024. Both of my cars were towed due to pavement work without proper notice or signage. One car sustained severe damage to its rims from a metal chain that Dan used to tow it, costing $2,000 to $3,000 in repairs.
Dan, the owner, is a liar and a scammer. He tried to fake pictures, claiming the damage was already there and that my car was parked in an incorrect spot by showing a random "no park" sign without my car in the frame. Attempts to resolve this with property management were futile, forcing me to start legal action.
Diversified Towing’s carelessness, dishonesty, and lack of communication have caused significant stress and financial loss. I do not recommend their services for any HOA association or private business.

I was an employee in this company For less than a month and in that time of work they stole from me over $800. They refuse to pay deny fault after Confronted with evidence and messages sent by him. I personally wouldn't recommend this company for working or as a customers. They will rip you off just like they did me. Please be careful and ask around before calling them

These guys have been super helpful more than once for us. When you need your car, truck, or van towed -- these are the people to call. They are quick, professional, and friendly.

We were traveling in our RV and stopped at a gas station when one of the drivers for this company blocked us in and thought it was very funny, based on his grin at me when he got out of the truck. While I realize he was having difficulty pulling up to a pump (it was a smaller gas station), he watched me hang up the pump and get in to leave before he blocked me in. It was unnecessary and rude. Generally speaking, tow truck operators are really considerate of other large vehicles. A less experienced RV driver might have struck his client's vehicle trying to get out. I wouldn't use this company for my towing needs.

Came home to a parking lot where all of the free spaces were taken on thanksgiving night. So unless I wanted to park somewhere down the road, my only other option was to park in a reserved spot that wasn't mine. Woke up and my car was gone. After picking it up from Diversified Towing, I took a good look at it. My all wheel drive vehicle with the E brake engaged had no visual damage to it, started normally, and drove normally. The fee was only $180 on a Federal Holiday. Thank you Dan and your co workers for taking good care of my vehicle and happy holidays.Services: Special vehicle towing

Dan at Diversified Recovery towed my work truck after it was broken into (and the ignition was smashed). Not only did he do a fine job, but also went the extra mile to point out the people I should talk to at the dealership. I would definitely recommend them.Service: Car towing

My car was towed and had no way to pick it up immediately. Called Dan and told him my predicament and he picked me up from my home and drive me to the lot. Very polite and helpful. We've used their services on a few occasions; always professional . Highly recommend!!

it happen to me I swear Is very suspicious activities about the services offered by them I left hanging my parking tag under the mirror in my car like every single day for 6 months today they town my car and i fund under the passenger car the parking tag plus other items hidden in the car mysteriously everything was hide but they charger me $150 wow for me that's pure Robbery in from of people face ...please contact me if we can take legal action against this business please Imagine if they done this to an older lady omg this is unfair let this doing what they done with me today

My vehicle was illegally disabled and towed by another tow company while inside the garage of my apartment building that it was registered in. Phil at Diversified went above and beyond to help me make my vehicle serviceable again so that I could drive it home. He had absolutely no reason to help me, but he did. I know tow companies are often considered the "bad guys", but I cannot express how grateful I am that Diversified Recovery is run by real, amazing people, and does not fall under that stereotype. Phil also told me how to report the issue so I can be made whole. Did I mention it was the middle of the night?

Diversified Recovery services our community. They treat people with respect and assist them when needed. Those residents who have legitimately been towed were picked up by Diversified Recovery staff to retrieve their vehicle at no extra cost and were treated kindly. They are also very responsive to our community's needs.
