I worked with Mo and he was wonderful! He was an absolute pleasure to work with and he went above an beyond to help me not only throughout the process but when I was having difficulty picking up the new car from the dealership due to sickness, he went above and beyond to accommodate me. Highly recommend working with Mo!
Update: I just worked with Mo again to return my leased vehicle and Mo once again provided superior customer service. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers and I highly recommend working with Mo!

Paola and Mark were both amazing to work with. Located in California, I really was looking for a specific car and found it with DARCARS. Paola and Mark made the process of buying, shipping, and registering as easy as can be.

I LOVE THIS VOLVO!!! Alexander and Manny could not be more helpful and thoughtful. Through the whole process I felt valued and listened to. Every time I go to DARCARS Volvo they both take such quality care of me and my car. They are the BEST! Also I’m obsessed with my XC40- great car, easy to park, and good for the city!

This place was amazing!!! Will definitely be coming back for any future needs AND recommending this place to anyone I talk to! Everyone was very straightforward with us, open and honest. Our salesperson was Benny and he was such a delight! Absolutely no pressure, and he genuinely listened to what I was looking for in a car and helped me find the one within 3 test drives!!! I went to this location and checked into a lease for a CX60. They wanted close to $900 a month WITH excellent credit! When I pointed out, it wasn’t a great lease because the monthly payment was much higher than the rule of thumb, which is 1 % of MSRP, the new car sales manager ridiculed me, and was so disrespectful that I wound up walking out the door. I tried calling DarCars corporate office, but they were closed over the weekend. So I wound up calling them a week later and got very young sounding woman who was also condescending and rude. I’m guessing it’s just the pattern with this company. I prefer to spend my money with establishments that are kind and also recognize that we work hard for the thousands of dollars we wind up giving them.

I had a wonderful car buying experience at DARCARS Volvo and would highly recommend it to others. In particular, I would like to thank Mo Mostafavi, David Turner, Alex and Peter. There was a zero pressure environment to buy and they were so patient with the many questions I had as a first time car buyer. Mo went above and beyond to make sure the car was ready, he explained and showed me every feature, & he was sure to get the best possible price. The team I worked with were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I got a fantastic deal and I am so pleased with my XC60. I was considering similar models for Lexus and Audi but the Volvo was much nicer than NX300 or Q5 (in my opinion) and I’m so glad I went with the Volvo! Thank you DARCARS Volvo team!

Replying to your comment on Farah's review: So, in order to get $1000, you decided to add a service that she did not need to the selling price to make up the amount. What an unprofessional way to get the money. By the way, she accepted to pay $1300 fee when she made a $2000 downpayment and signed the paperwork. Additionally, why was it initially presented as an optional service, and then suddenly became mandatory when Alex and Arman got involved? As she said in her previous review, the financial department at Volvo Darcar is an absolute disgrace.

Volvo Darcar (Rockville) is an absolute disgrace. After agreeing on a price with the sales department, I signed all the paperwork and paid a down payment, only to have the financial department pull a bait-and-switch. They refused to finalize the sale unless I paid for a $1000 service that they initially claimed was optional. When I refused, they made it mandatory.
Alex from the financial department played games, trying to convince me this unnecessary service had to be part of the deal. Arman, GM of the financial department, was incredibly unprofessional saying it was part of the company policy. After I had already agreed with the sales department, the financial department's only job was to complete the deal. Instead, Arman and Alex tried to extort more money from me by adding a service.
This is the most dishonest, unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. Avoid Volvo Darcar at all costs.

If you’re considering joining the Volvo family or simply upgrading your old/used vehicle, DARCARS Volvo is the place to go especially under the care of Manny Rodriguez who’s the best in the business. He’s a complete professional with an immense knowledge on all things Volvo. He’s delightful to interact with and is never ever pushy when it comes to making a sale. It’s impossible to feel like you’re not part of the family when you’re dealing with Manny. He truly cares about what’s best for the client.
Since 2019, I’ve purchased three Volvo vehicles through Manny. I say this only for folks to understand how pleasant my purchasing experience has been. I’m sure you won’t have any regrets!
