I purchased a Nissan Altima and my salesman was Miguel. I’ve never had such an honest and non pushing salesman take care of me like he did ever! He was so patient, personable, easy to talk with, which made the purchase more enjoyable! Miguel went above and beyond for my niece that was getting her first vehicle… which I’ll never forget. Also Jason, the finance manager, kept looking for the best interest rate and best deal at the best bank for us. 5 stars to the both of them! I will refer all my friends and family to these guys for sure. Keep it up Miguel and Jason! Miguel never change that authentic you that you are. Thanks for everything… I’ll be seeing you in the future.

I had two experiences trying to buy a car with this dealership, and both times, the sales representatives were transparent, friendly, and fair. If the salesperson had to check with the manager over a price, it was a quick process. Thanks to the efforts of my sales representative, David, who was both professional and transparent, I was able to complete my car hunting journey at Darcars Nissan!

I just wanted to extend a huge thank you for Miguel Henriquez incredible help in finding my new nissan Altima! Your dedication truly went above and beyond, especially with going the extra mile to move the car from another dealer just to get it to me. It felt like you worked some kind of magic to turn the car-buying process into an exciting and seamless experience.
If there were awards for “Best Car Salesperson,” I’m sure you’d be taking home the gold trophy. Your patience with my endless questions and your sense of humor made what I thought would be a daunting process so much fun.
Thanks to you, I’m now the proud owner of an Altima that surpasses all my expectations. If you ever need a sidekick for your next adventure, count me in!
Thanks again, and here’s wishing you strong coffee and effortless sales!

Dropped my wife's car off for oil change, tire rotation and for check engine light on Monday.
The check engine light turned out to be for a software update. When we got the car back we noticed a terrible odor inside of the vehicle that smells like body odor.
It is very odd that this odor is still lingering in the car hours after being serviced .
2 days after service, a message appeared on my dash screen saying i needed an oil change and oil filter. I also noticed they did not put the oil change sticker on my windshield.
I called them back and they could not confirm that they did the oil change and tire rotation but said i could bring it in for "peace of mind" and they would take care of the odor. I also requested a refund since they either never completed the work they charged me for or they did the work incompetently. I did not get a refund and the manager claimed that bringing the car back without getting charged again is a "courtesy".
I won't be going back to this service center because they could not even conduct a proper oil change and tire rotation. And even worse, they left my car with terrible body odor. I was also inconvenienced since i had to take time off to bring the car in for a second time.

If I could give a zero I would. Terrible experience. With finance manager, and GM Kennedy and all the managers I bought anew car and traded my car almost a month ago and I was suppose to get some funds back for my trade between 7 to 10 business days it’s been 26 days I haven’t received anything yet I called them multiple times to see what’s going on but no one is responding to me and I left messages none of them called me back and none of them available every time when I called . I was on hold for a while they told me they are busy and the managers are not available. I am very unhappy with this type of service. What a shame after selling me a car now they ignore me

Terrible experience. I took my 2021 Nissan for a multipoint inspection, oil and filter change. Everything 'came back great' with all inspection results in green including battery. All of a sudden the car did not want to turn on at all. Had to have it towed from a remote location in Maryland back to my house. When I called to ask how soon they could inspect the battery and replace it, Diego the manager who is ALWAYS on his phone said I'd have to wait and see if the battery was covered. Anyone who owns a Nissan knows the whole deal with under 36k miles. Fast forward, they did a multipoint inspection again and ALL OF A SUDDEN the filters (one of which I paid to have changed), battery terminals and cables, brake fluid level, transmission (ANYONE IN THE CAR WORLD KNOWS A BRAND NEW OUT OF THE DEALER 2021 DOES NOT NEED A TRANSMISSION CHANGE), the front/read differential and transfer case, and battery performance came back RED - IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED. I am angry, frustrated, and disappointed at this kind of service when my car is my MAIN TOOL to get to work and continue providing for my family. WHY is my car now damaged? Because this Nissan DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY and NEITHER TRIED TO RESOLVE or let me know what was wrong with it. They just turned in my keys to me with a copy of the report without telling me all of everything that came back RED. Shame on this Nissan, the distracted staffs and Diego for the terrible unprofessional approach in discussing hey this came up with the car. I also had to call at 4p to see if my car was ready, and they just said 'it's been ready' HOW was I supposed to know? TERRIBLE. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would.
Also, anyone who has been a customer of Nissan knows after service they send you a survey. Guess who didn't get it? Not I, cause they knew they messed up. Now I have to figure out how to have a reliable car after this Nissan messed it up. Terrible. Extremely disappointed. Figure out who else to get the hours from cause it's not going to be me. Never fails.... taking advantage of women thinking they would just agree to whatever comes back bad to get it fixed, more money out of our pockets to give their mechanics more hours. Unbelievable.
Here's the kicker of all of this--- my car who has been serviced on scheduled since I bought it brand new out of the dealer has less than 36k miles.
Nissan, if you're reading this, my car was last serviced on 7/6/2024 at your location.

DO NOT GO HERE- The inspector, JACOB LAMBERT and the Nissan Sales Rep: Diego DELAVIA, are crooks. I brought in my car with zero damages and needed a state inspection. Jacob failed my inspection because of “seatbelt fray” that was not there and nothing wrong with the seatbelt outside of regular wear and tear. Diego said to pass the test I must replace the seatbelt which is $700.
I should have listened to all of the reviews posted regarding this particular dealership and this particular sales rep.

Thank you to Pat who was extremely helpful. Above and beyond exceeded my expectations, especially since I had shared with him the experience I had with my local Nissan dealership. He was cordial, patient, and insightful. I cannot express my appreciation for all the help.

Bought a Nissan Ariya from this dealership couple months ago and today went to try to charge the car and was denied by the GM John Kennedy. This is my second bad experience with this dealer. First time brought a Honda civic and transmission went bad two weeks after buying car and they refuse to fix under the 30day warranty. They traded me out the car as it was my fault and made me go negative equity for it,very unprofessional. Save your time and go somewhere else. They do not take care of customers at all.

Ok....the people were nice, which is what you expect from a car dealer. They did not have any grasp on technical information about the car. However, it was a used car that was not a Nissan, so that is mildly understandable. They were not aware of their web prices and wanted to start negotiations at the window sticker and not web price. So I would suggest a lot of backgroud research before going in. Tried to pound you with extras as expected from a typical car dealer. I am pretty sure I did get scammed on some things since I was there forever waiting around and was getting tired and hungry. I should have known better as we all know car salesman and F&I people are like that. I am also pretty sure they (or one of their business partners) sell your info to the third parties as I have gotten tonnes of spam calls that all started since I was there.
So, all in all, they are your typical car dealer and not your buddy.
Edit: Forgot the part where they kept "accidentally " increasing the price on the paperwork. Take snaps of every offer sheet. They obviously can not be trusted to #1 do math or #2 transcribe numbers.

I purchased a use 2020 Honda pilot from Darcar Nissan Rockville on March 8 on March 17, I contacted James White the general sales manager and Ernesto Arze the sales guy who sold me the car via phone email and text because the car began to make a tapping/knocking sound from the engine I had only put approximately 400 miles on the vehicle and was asking about the 30day/1000 mile warranty I received no response from either person. I called the dealer and receptionist said that they have no Voicemail but she will leave a message for them still no return calls or return emails nor text but they were eager to respond to email and text to get me in to sell me the car Or May 3, James White finally contacting me and asked did I bring the car in to have it checked? How could I bring it in if he never responded back for almost one month now the car is unusable have to have the engine replaced And pay over $3000 to have it done and still make payments on a car that I can’t drive when I email James White and ask him can he speak with the management to see if they can give me some kind of assistance to help have the car repair he does what he normally does and doesn’t reply I wouldn’t recommend buying from this dealer because the customer service is unsatisfactory. They get you in take your money and don’t honor their warranty so buyer beware shop around.
