If I could give this place 0 stars I would! This place is a Joke! Made me wait over 2 hours for a service and didn’t even start my car because of some employee appreciation day so now the customer has to suffer and why tf would you schedule me on a day when you know good and well y’all wasn’t gone so any work! Waisted 1/2 tank of gas driving from Anne arundel county! Just to not even have my car touched! The sale process was a joke and they basically duked me out of 3000 down payment which didn’t even take anything off the car price they are not empathetic to your concerns and definitely do not prioritize their customers! Find another dealership if I were you! Save yourself the time money and headache!

Damn, the people here has the thick face to conduct mo key business. If you can't pay the cash down payment they asking you they'll keep you hanging until you either give in or withdraw from buying. Their used cars are filthy. They'll selling it with still fresh weed smell, shoe smell, and broken carpeting. There are bunch of dealership along this highway and location, dnt waste your time here.

Amazing service!! I had my transmission replaced after years of being told nothing was wrong at a Honda dealership. Angela and Matt were able to get a new transmission for my car. Now it finally runs smooth.Services: Transmission

I went to DARCARS Nissan Rockville Service Center last year to check the noise from the engine for my Altima 2015. The technician did the computer reading and did not find anything. They suggested I flushed transmission oil. I did what they suggested and costed me about $500. Then they said the noise comes from the transmission and I may need to replace it soon. A few months later, I went to a local auto shop to check the noise. They found out the noise came from the loose heat shields and reattached them. The noise was gone. It costed me $50. Dealership does not mean you can trust with their service. I would not recommend DARCARS Nissan Rockville Service Center!Service: Transmission

Terrible Service!!!I brought my car in and Gio told me that I needed a new catalytic converter. I paid and they ordered it. About 3 days later, he said it was back ordered, and he would call me when it came in, and refunded my money. I asked if I could drive the car and Gio said yes. I called 3-4 x over the next 6 weeks to check on the progress and each time I was told Gio wasn't available and he would call me back. He never returned my phone call. I finally called the JimColeman Nissan dealer in Bethesda. I told him the story and asked if he could help me. He asked several questions, told meI shouldn't have been driving it at all, as it could destroy the engine. He then said he would call the Rockville dealer and try to figure out what happened. He put me on hold for 87 minutes and then transferred me to an automatic help line.I called and left a message, but he never called back, either.Nissan, I guess you don't need business because 2 dealerships treated me terribly and I will never go back or buy another car from them.

It's incredibly unfortunate that my first and last experience with this collision service station was beyond disappointing. I called to ask one simple question. Are they certified to work on EV's? Unfortunately, I was bounced around from the receptionist to the collision department and then placed on hold for nearly a half hour. What a disappointment.

They are very expensive and they do not do the best job. I am looking elsewhere. It seems like their techs are there to see how much money they can get out of you.

I took my car in for service. They changed the transmission fluid but failed to close. I went home and by the end of the day all of the transmission fluid leaked onto my driveway and the car was not mobile. I called the DARCARS service and they told me to bring it back but I had to pay for my own towing. They did not charge for the repair of their mistake but did not comp the original failed work. Not only was it a terrible ripoff, I now have to remove a massive oil stain from my driveway.

Scheduled a third appointment for a safety recall for a Nissan NV200. First two times I was there I got the runaround of why they can’t service or repair my vehicle.Fast forward today, I spoke with a service advisor Diego very professional and courteous gentleman. I address to my situation & concerns to him, and he understood entirely. He had mentioned he will try his best to address them. Now to Nissans credit, I will say I did install the aftermarket head unit because quite frankly, the factory one is a POS. He had mentioned to me that since I had upgraded the head unit that I had voided any & all recall servicing. Which I 100% agree with what they’re saying.The reason for the low score of star rating is because their manager Angie has a horrible smug, condescending attitude. Its quite unprofessional on the way she conducts customer service relations. She had the same attitude when I spoke to her over the phone.It’s quite a shame too because the sales team was quite incredible, but because of this offputting attitude, I probably won’t return to this particular dealership anymore and I’m sure they’re happy about that as well.Now, I understand the reasoning to an empty service lot and vacant customer service lobby. Good luck Nissan it’s been real.
