I took my car today for an oil change, the representative Christopher Hahn was my advisor. I told him I would be waiting for my vehicle in the waiting area, he never came over and let me know my car was finished. It wasn’t until I went to the service desk to inquire that he let me know it was done and that he had called the number on file. This whole time my car had been serviced for hours and I was sitting waiting for him to let me know it was finished. Absolute waste of my time I will never come back!

Toyota rent a car is not at all required, but workstation place with no music is surely required where people can do their remote job while the car gets fixed.

Long story short. A while back we dropped off our car to 355 Toyota for Darcars Assurance’s service and manufacture maintenance (conditioning, cleaning, tire rotation…). We went back to get our car right before they closed at 8:00 PM. It was already dark.
Before I got into the car, through the bright lights I discovered that there were new scratches on the front cover of the car, the new tire was rotated to the front passenger side from the rear. Originally it was installed at the Costco Tire Center and was supposed to be on the rear of the car for safety concerns.
I called the Service Center countless times and tried to talk to a manager about the problems, but every time I called the staff claimed that none of the managers were available. She/he then took my messages and told me that one of them would call me back as soon as they could. I also left messages on the manager’s answering machine several times. However, I’ve never gotten any response from anyone.
Furthermore, some of the staff are extreme rude, unprofessional, and incompetent... Unfortunately we purchased the Darcars Assurance with the new car and it still has several years left. We might have to waste our money, as we don't want to go back to deal with them anymore.

Brought my vehicle in for service and was blown away by the customer service. The service advisor Emilio went above and beyond to assist me with my recommended service, as well as keep me updated on the time to be completed. So many times I’ve gone in for service and they just leave you sitting for hours without updates. But Emilio made sure I know what was going on every step of the way. If you need your Toyota serviced I recommend Emilio.

Today I have had enough been coming here for years now everytime I come different reps never had a good experience from robbing me with the prices saying they doing work ain't doing it tell you all this stuff wrong with your car and they fix it and it's still something wrong last time I came one rep Barnard I belive was rude and was told hope I never come back I asked was Toyota suppose to fill all fluids with my package he said yes but when I popped the hood no windshield wiper fluid asked him about it he lied had to get manager to make them put it in their makes you think what other fluids is not getting properly filled was told it would be a 2 hour wait with an appointment and yet it's almost 3 for a oil change not sure but everything I come here feel like it's done dileberly have a package for years you would think I would be a valued customer for 17 years of this typing thus comment while I'm sitting in here since 930 am with a appointment alot of other people came later they are gone I'm still here was told now my batteries is bad car wouldn't start how ironic came all the way from dc no problems with battery came here because my service light was on for oil change that I get when schedule no other issues now I have a jump from the dealership to get home doesn't make sense wasn't a problem until they touched it says it corrosion should be cleaned off anyway or I guess they don't do that either never told me what the problem was asked what's the hold up was told my battery died all of a sudden with no prior warning had many batteries never had one die at the dealership would have got a battery if I would have signs like previously wouldn't have drove here like that autozone has batteries and they install for free told me oh I need a battery it's alot of corrosion on it and brakes their bad and alot of other things and then 1 hour later the batteries dead car ready now let's see how this goes

Shoutout to Luis for his excellent customer service! He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. My car was repaired within 24 hours, and it would have been the very same day if not for a speciality part that had to be ordered! This will be my go-to service center going forward.

I would highly recommend the Toyota Service Center, specifically Nariman, for anyone seeking a thorough and proficient car service. His commitment to customer satisfaction and vehicle safety is at the high level. I will most certainly be returning for my future car servicing needs

Timely service, especially if you make an appointment first. Takes walk-ins but wouldn't recommend that. Nice staff.

I am very unhappy with this service location because they are very rude. One of the first thing I dislike about them is that When you trying to make an appoinment for service they transfer you around, I had never understand because you are clearly telling them that you are trying to schedule a service appoinment. The second thing is that the people who work on the parts center they are very rude. If you order an part for the vehicle you have to be calling them to see if the part has arrive When they should be calling When they get the part. The third things is that they try to charge you for everything thing if you not careful enough.

You just need to wait in line forever. Facility is below average. Always crowded. Very expensive for service. Very poor customer service. There are much better dealership in the area.

I’ve been coming in that place for years for car’s regular maintenance. However, my recent visit left me extremely disappointed. I brought my car in for a simple oil change at 1:30 pm and ended up waiting for a shocking 5 hours with no explanation for the delay. When I finally got my car back at 6 pm, it was parked in the sun. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any car maintenance center.
