Went to the used car dealer side and met the manager and we told him that we were looking for 2023 sienna which he had one but when we told him we wanted to go next-door for the new to compare price he started giving us an attitude we went next-door, and met with the new car salesman and he came with us to see the car that they brought out which the manager at the used car place that's part of Toyota was bringing out when we got there crossing the street with the new car representative. He had a smirk and said that he had already sold the car which didn't make any sense and I knew it was BS because he was angry at the fact that I went across the street to the new car place with the new car salesman coming with us. He basically messed up the sales of that car well it doesn't matter I went down across the street to the Honda dealership and ended up buying a brand new 2024 Honda Odyssey sport. It was their loss because of that manager at the used car place that's part of Toyota. He should be fired for what he did saying that the car was already sold. how Is It You bring Car For Us and we wanted to compare prices next-door and then you come out and tell us that you sold the car I know he was lying because he was mad that we were bringing another person. That's part of Toyota salesman at the new cars section that manager at the used car place should be fired, if he made that up that it was already sold I bought two brand new cars at that new Toyota side never again set foot on this dealership again I do not recommend this place to nobody.

I will NEVER purchase a vehicle at 355 Toyota because of the way I was treated by the Used Car Manager, Behdad. I had been working with Guilllermo and Issac for the past week - who had both been absolutely phenomenal. However, yesterday evening we went back in to complete the deal, Behdad was the manager on site. He is a rude, condescending, and patronizing individual with an extreme superiority complex. He went back on the words of the other manager Issac and even put him down, claiming Issac "is a New Car Manager, and doesn't know what he was saying/doing". Bedhad flipped the numbers on us, wouldn't let us get a word in when we were asking about the changes, and we even witnessed him yell at Guillermo as we were exiting. Additionally, he spent upwards of 5 minutes explaining to my boyfriend how dealerships and numbers work, despite my boyfriend being in the dealership world himself for the last 5 years. I promise you I will see to it that no affiliate of mine - family or friend will step foot into this dealership ever again. Congratulations Behdad, you really have outdone yourself.

I can only solely speak on the used car side of the business . Have bad business practices with shady motives . Take your money & business elsewhere . They have no integrity.

Customer Service I just want to thank Hernan Cruz for his outstanding customer service. I appreciate the information he provided regarding my vehicle. I felt no pressure to purchase any of the recommendations right away. I appreciate him searching for ways that he can reduce my total balance. It's important to me as a consumer to have a representative that is helpful and willing to go a little extra for the customers. Thank you for your service and continue doing a great job.

Overpriced with tons scam markups and fake fees on all new and used cars. Don't buy from 355 Toyota. They are out to cheat customers.

A word of warning. When it was time to pay, they refused to show me the itemized prices for the work completed. They only showed me the total price. When I asked to see an itemized list, they refused. Once I paid, I was given the complete receipt. Of course, this showed prices inconsistent with what we discussed.Lesson: Never go to DARCARS 355.

Scheduled an oil change for this morning, promptly arrived 15 mins early before my appointment. I was greeted with care and checked-in right away, asked to wait in waiting area while car was being serviced. Coffee was available for free, as well as vending machines for snacks and beverages purchase. Waiting room was getting busy, but figured it would be as it was a weekday morning. After waiting for about 1hr 45mins, vehicle was serviced and ready. After Toyota's standard inspection during service, technican had recommended to do some additional services, but wasn't urgent at the moment, so I declined and prompted Toyota I'd come back.I think the person I checked-in with was Mr. Lee at the front desk (apologize for forgetting his first name). He was very professional and courteous. He explained each recommendation with Ernesto standing nearby, I assumed Ernesto was the technician that serviced my car.Though it took longer than previous visits for a oil change, I understand and appreciate the customer service given.

Pro: big parking lot, responsive to email, clean environment. Con: terrible manager, high prices for cars. I am in the market for a new car and after communicating over email for a particular car, I was informed that the car was soon be delivered to the dealership. I told the sale manager that I would be coming in to talk details/ pricing for the car. When I get there the sale manager Albert who is rude, condescending, and straight up just said that they are selling over MRSP with no negotiation. Then he also said that if I didn't buy the car they have hundreds of other people willing to buy that car. Albert's attitude is the reason why people would rather buy a car straight from the manufacturer instead of setting one foot into a dealership and giving all dealers a bad name. I will be telling all my family members and anyone else who need to buy a car not to come here unless they wanted to be treated like crap. All in all anyone looking to buy a car should not come here unless they want to pay over MSRP and be treated like shit. Go spend your hard earned money at some place they will show their customer respect.

A friend and I went to Darcars Toyota Parts Center today. When he got back to the car he told me about his horrible experience. He went looking for parts for his Toyota. He talked to the young girl who has short hair and big hole earrings. She looked and acted bored like she did not want to be there. Instead of being helpful and cheerful, she act annoyed and bothered.

The service manager reached out to me after giving negative private feedback. So I emailed him this. I never heard back after that, but since I wen to the effort of writing this all down, I'm sharing it with you!----It's difficult to put into words how disappointed I am in the 355 Toyota service department but I'll try.First of all I originally contacted them because my transmission was shifting funny. When I called to make an appointment they reminded me that I have a recall for the fuel pump. The service advisor said to make sure to have no more than half a tank when I bring it in. This was the Saturday before Labor Day, about noon. We made an appointment for the following Tuesday, first thing in the morning: 7:45 AM. So I duly ran the tank down, driving around Monday with a fuel light on (I wanted to make the job as easy as possible for the tech because I used to be a mechanic and I know what a pain it is to work in the fuel tank). So I show up first thing Tuesday morning after a long weekend and the advisor who's supposed to check me in says they don't have the part. "Well the person who made the appointment ordered it when you called." Who the hell orders a part from a warehouse at noon on a three day weekend and expects it to be there first thing on the next business day? Only someone who doesn't understand how the world works. So here I am, up early, bleary eyed, fuel tank empty, for NO GOOD REASON! STRIKE ONE.So I say fine, can you call me when the part comes in? They say sure and I go about my way. Part comes in later that week, I make the appointment for first thing Monday (then change it to Tuesday). Drop the car off exactly one week later, and go about my business. So the tech can't replicate the transmission problem, which only happens when the transmission is hot. I specifically told the service advisor that you can replicate it by going on the highway, stopping on the shoulder, and doing some hard pulls in SPORT mode from 0-60 or so. The main problem is the shift from 2nd-3rd. I watched the test drive on my dashcam and the tech did NOT follow the steps I detailed. Also, this is an Aisin-Warner transmission with a sophisticated computer on board. As a Toyota dealership, shouldn't you be able to look at the transmission computer? Snap-On sells the tools to do it, shouldn't a Toyota dealership have even better tools? STRIKE TWO.I get the car back, drive it around, it smells very intensely of gas, then notice that the tech left some kind of strap in my back seat, as well as left a cover off in the back seat. I'm attaching a photo of that strap.Later, when I fill up the fuel tank, the gauge indicates only 2/3 full even though I put in 11.79 gallons. So I take the car back the NEXT day and tell the advisor it's probably the sending unit (the float in the tank). Again, I used to be a mechanic, I've done lots of work to this car, and I'm trying to help.Well they keep the car ove 10 hours. Adam's nowhere to be found when I call, he doesn't answer my emails. About halfway through the day he leaves a voicemail message. They have checked literally EVERYTHING except the sending unit. They did a full computer diagnostic. They even hooked a computer up to the car to imitate the sending unit, and when they imitate half full, the gauge shows half full. They imitate full, garuge shows full. This proves the gas gauge in the dashboard is correct. THE GAS GAUGE DIDN'T RANDOMLY BREAK BY COINCIDENCE, IT'S ALWAYS SOMETHING YOU TOUCHED! Clearly the tech really didn't want to go in the fuel tank again because now it was full. Finally after 3pm, I've left several messages and emails to Adam saying I need a loaner car (but by then I'd already missed my appointment) and Adam calls back "it was the sending unit, the tech installed it wrong and it was catching on a fuel line".So not only incompetent techs, but incompetent diagnostic sense. And these are "official" Toyota mechanics? How many strikes are we up to
