The worst place to pick up your photos ordered online. The customer service is not there. The team don’t care about the customers. The line was to the door but they all went to the back instead of helping the client.

This is the worst store I've ever been to. I wanted to buy balloons for my boyfriend's birthday and as far as I know, because I've been to other stores, they inflate the balloons with helium if they stretch. I’m literally sure of this, because we did it that year in another store. and I asked how I understood their manager. And she answered me that they don’t do that and can offer me already inflated balloons. Which didn't work for me because I wanted a lot of balls. alas, this is the most disappointing store in the world. I don’t speak much English and the manager decided to talk about me in the third person in front of me. It was very unpleasant.

This pharmacy used to be great when the previous pharmacists were there. Unfortunately the new pharmacy manager is incompetent and has horrible organization skills and customer service. On March 20th, I filled a refill on my prescription and the automated voice message told me that it would be ready for pick up the following day after 2pm. On March 21, at around 7-8pm I went in to pick up my prescription. Upon arrival, the pharmacist (Jin S) was busy with another customer. There were 2 other technicians, one was working at the drive thru and the other was sitting in front of a computer. I waited for about 10 minutes. I was annoyed but at the same time I understood that businesses run a specific way and maybe there was a reason why the one technician could not tend to me. The pharmacist was done with the customer and she immediately passes me by, starts wiping down her counter, putting away boxes, and tidying up. I called out "Hello, can I get some help please" which is when she comes over. I told her my name and birthday and she tells me that there is no prescription under my name. She explained that the medicine was backordered and that she would put it in again. I left without my meds annoyed but trying to be understanding. Shortly after, my toddler got sick with the flu and so I was very occupied and couldn't think about my meds. Also, I never once got a text/call letting me know that my prescription was ready. Either way, I figured that since she said she would put the prescription in on March 21, it surely would be ready by now on April 3. Unfortunately I was told again that there was no prescription under my name. I asked to speak to the pharmacist. The pharmacist looks at me. The technician comes back saying that the pharmacist is busy but that they will put the order in again and it should be ready by the next day. April 5, I get my very first and only text/call saying that my prescription is ready for pick up. A few days later, I go to the drive thru to pick up my prescription only to wait there for several minutes without anyone coming to help. I had an appointment that I had to go to so I had to leave without my meds again. April 23rd, I go in to the pharmacy to get my prescription and was told again that there was no prescription under my name. At this point I am very frustrated at the situation and I admit that I am showing my frustration. I ask to speak to the pharmacist in which she then responds to me saying that my meds were put back because I didn't come and pick it up earlier. I immediately tell her that it isn't fair to blame me when I have been inconvenienced 5 times and left empty handed on every occasion that I have tried to pick my med up. I told her its her fault and to start taking responsibility. The entire time she refuses to take any responsibilty, and is meeting me with the same level of frustration that I am having for her. Again, I acknowledge that I was frustrated and very much showing it. However, it is with GOOD and VALID reason. Also, she is the pharmacy manager and should not be handling my frustration with hostility. She was huffing and puffing and acting like a high schooler. I tell her to stop giving me excuses and to get me my medicine today. She walks over to her computer and as she is doing something she is glaring me up and down and giving me dirty looks. I tell her to stop looking at me like that and to just get me my meds. She continues to huff and puff. They finally bring me my meds and as I'm paying for it, I ask the technician what the pharmacist name is and that I will report this to corporate. This is when she comes over again and continues to give me excuses. I tell her that I dont want to talk to her and to please stop talking to me. She huffs and puffs and continues to justify why she is not in any wrong. At this point, the store manager comes over and so does my husband (he was away with my toddler so that my toddler didnt have to see what was going on). My husband is explaining to the store manager what was going on. The store manager s

recent visits at this CVS Pharmacy and have been highly disappointing. Since the team was replaced, the customer service has plummeted to its worst. The staff members consistently fail to listen to customer inquiries, instead, imposing their personal opinions. Additionally, there have been frequent issues with medication restocking, leading to constant orders or transfers to alternative CVS locations. This lack of attentiveness and inefficiency in medication management is unacceptable. I urge CVS Pharmacy management to address these concerns promptly to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

The gentleman at the pharmacy counter is simply one of the nicest, courteous and most professional people I've ever encountered. Truly a value add.

I went to drop off a prescription for my daughter in law who was in serious need of a prescription and 2 of the guys that work in the pharmacy were clearly finish with the customer ahead of me were just chatting it up, catching up as I stood there for almost 10 minutes. Finally one of the guys ask me could he help me? I wanted to say, no I'm standing in line for no reason just to be told they didn't have what my daughter in law really needs. I asked if he could call around to see if another pharmacy had it and he told me he couldn't I wondered wouldn't? Horrible customer service! I hope to NEVER go to this pharmacy again! I'm

I heart this location. A clean and fully stocked CVS. The coupon machine is always working, which is a plus for me because I coupon a lot! On this particular trip, I was in dire need of a pharmacist. I forgot her name, but she helped me get the right meds so I can get back to my old self. There was lots of Valentines day candy on clearance . I like how there is a cashier to check you out. Yall know I don't like self check outs lol

Like everyone else, horrible experience. Got a text that they needed insurance info before they could fill script so went up and gave them my card, was told by the short male pharmacist that they already had my ins info on file and curtly handed my card back. He said my script would be read in 15-20 min. 20 minutes later was told insurance denied b/c I had coinsurance (which I don’t), the lady pharmacist was super helpful and filled the script and I pd in cash. Came home to try to get my ins info straightened out. My ins company called CVS and the short male pharmacist actually hung up on the ins rep when she was trying to resolve the issue. I would NEVER use this CVS again. Rude male pharmacist should not be customer facing and should not be allowed to answer the phone as he has no skills to handle people. I know all pharmacies have overworked staff and went in with patience, but come on, you hung up on someone who was trying to help your customer resolve an issue after you had been rude toMe in the store.
