I've been coming here for 3 years now and I've always felt invisible to the people here. From cashier throwing receipts on the counter and walking off to just plain rude people. Ayesha made me feel seen, really respectful and has an awesome spirit. She was able to find the best deals for my medication. Thank you for making me feel seen and important.

The bathrooms are disgusting and filthy. Poop on walls behind toilet. Floor absolutely dirty. Soap dispensers don't work.

The wait here is crazy first off. Having to wait “a few hours” for medication to be filled that was supposed to already be filled is crazy. The guy who told me it was going to take a few hours probably said that on purpose and purposely not filling it for “a few hours”. He was rude. Second off all the workers look rushed, they should hire more people. I always have to wait on hold on the phone sometimes for 45+ minutes. And It’s not during their lunch break that I call. I called today and the man who answered was very demeaning. You know how people who are passive aggressive will say things like “thank you” or “please” or give you an answer in a sarcastic tone and you can just tell they got an attitude? Well that’s exactly how this worker was. Customer service sucks. There is 2 lady’s I like there that are respectful and exceptional. One was a pregnant lady who I don’t think is there anymore, and the other I don’t remember her name unfortunately but she always asks how my daughter is doing.
**let me not forget to mention one time about a year ago they filled my medication and gave me the wrong amount!! Luckily I checked it in the store and dealt with it infront of them otherwise they may have not believed me

Total letdown at CVS Minute Clinic. Rolled in early at 4pm for a 4:20 appointment, checked in, and got the cold shoulder from the staff, being told to wait outside. Despite being there first, we watched as she kicked off at 4:15, taking others with earlier slots but who checked in after us, leaving us hanging till 4:45. Her excuse? They were scheduled before us, despite her late start. Frustrating experience and a solid 1-star disappointment. #HealthcareFail #CustomerServic

Do you like waiting in a long line no matter what time of day you visit? Do you jam out to "on hold" music and don't want it to ever end? Is it your favorite thing when you wait in line once to be told your meds aren't ready and then when they ARE ready have to wait in the line again? If you answered "yes" to these questions then this is the pharmacy for you! CVS please hire more pharmacists!

Unfortunately this CVS is almost always understaffed which leads to very very very long wait times and lines at the pharmacy, and also difficultly finding someone on the shop floor if you need help finding something.The staff that they do have are always very courteous and professional - so that is definitely a plus!But, I waited over 40mins recently at their drive-thru pickup line, and there were only two cars in front of me. Also with keeping stock of inventory, I have found that things I needed were sold out… So it can also be quite hit or miss from that regard as well.

Parking lot always chaos and dangerous. Panhandler in front of store bothering sick and old people. Store is cluttered and no one to service you. Pharmacy and front cashier overwhelmed and undertrained. Not a manager in sight. Best advice, model this store like Cabin John store #1449 or close this store.

Drive through pharmacy run here today. So I can only review the drive-thru window. William at the window was kind, courteous and quick. I could see folks inside standing in line. I was done quickly. Thanks William!

If there was a way to leave less than one star, I would. This place can’t even seem to keep basic health maintenance medicines in stock and the staff is worse than unreliable.
