I visited CVS today at the drive through window to pick up my prescription medication. The young woman that was tending to the drive through was rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing her because I came to the window.Horrible customer service.

This CVS location was so great when two pharmacists - Kevin and Melissa - were working there because they actually helped me with my prescriptions each month and they would make sure that they would have it in stock by refill time especially if it was often low in supply. I have been to several pharmacies throughout the country over the decades and this was the first place I found that was like this. I had a few major surgeries years ago and they were always helpful and reliable. Unfortunately, they both moved to other places in their careers and this place has become just another pharmacy and it's almost impossible to get them to answer the phone even after 30+ minutes and they were not willing to help me the same way even after I explained how they previously did it. The new pharmacists are nice and I understand they are swamped but I'm looking for someone that will be willing to help out like the others did because it's not against CVS policies and a tremendous help.

I don't know what happened. This pharmacy used to have the best service. The pharmacist was amazing. Now it's horrendous! No one EVER answers the phone. (And yes I use the app - but sometimes you need to talk to a human.) The drive-thru window is almost always closed because the "system is down." I guess I'll start looking for a new pharmacy.

in general cvs pharmacies don't have a good reputation for their customer service but they are convenient so you keep going back but some cvs locations are so bad that it would be better to go the extra mile to another pharmacy to save your sanity.I recently moved and the cvs at 20 upper Rock circle in Rockville is within a walking distance from my apartment so I transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy. huge mistake: it takes days for them to get your medications ready even though they have them in stock! they never answer the phone, they have a drive through service but you keep waiting and no one shows up to the window and when you go inside, you have to wait in line for ever because, actually I don't know why.yeah do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

They used to be a great pharmacy with wonderful service. In the last month they have not filled my prescription on the days that I need them and it almost killed me. For both medications where there is a shortage and common medications that are always in stock, they are always filled days after the date needed. One pharmacist will tell they are out when another says they have it. They also never pick up the phone anymore. I've dialed from multiple numbers at different times thorough out the day and have had no luck. They have also picked up and hug up. Still waiting on my life saving prescription that was supposed to be filled 2 days ago. Thankfully my doctor sent me samples otherwise I'd be in the hospital. I hope that they go back to the way they used to be.

11/14/22It would seem I finally found a reason to set foot inside this store. Even before I set foot inside the store I saw an old man wearing a National gray t-shirt appear to be urinating right infront of his vichele. My timing was impeccable. This was back on November 5th 2022, but I still wanted to write out my experience. This store is located in a residential area that is new to me. The area is nice and the store is well stocked. I did not see much of the Halloween stuff, but after some looking around, I came across some masks, costumes, blankets and most importantly Candy Corn and Candy Pumpkins mixed bags. Great stuff for people was ho have sweetthoothes. Bad news for diabetics who like candy.It is amazing how fast Santa stuff comes put, but my guess Santa stuff was already out while Halloween merchandise was out. Just more Christmas stuff was put out after Halloween. It would be nice if Halloween became a Federal Holiday like Thanksgiving and Christmas, but I digress. Anyhow, I came in for deodorant and ended up buy Women's Secret. This Secret happened to be Aluminum Free. It works wonders and doesn't make my armpits itch like Lume does. I have found my go to product.Yes, guys use Secret too. I might check out this CVS again.

Horrible customer service I was referred here by other cvs locations for assistance with money gram..seems like noone wants to help even manager..only send money..it seems like the try avoid dealing with monygram

Staff here is super helpful, place is always clean. They spent a solid 30 minutes with me trying to figure out a prescription that our vet couldn't get straight for our dog.
