Prepare to answer the question “Do you think you’re better than me?” if you go to this location.I just bought a few boxes of Covid tests. This was the first time I had to do it and I didn’t know the procedure. At the counter I asked if the tests are free (they are with insurance). The person told me no. I charged my credit card, puzzled and went home where I verified that I could get the on my insurance card.I went back to return and asked why they didn’t tell me I could use my insurance card. The person who sold me the tests was utterly incompetent but ask someone else. I only assumed he was the manager - the guy who dressed in a leather jacket and no uniform or sign. He proceeded with lecturing me on how I treated the other person. He said it’s not their job to ask about insurance and the only responsibility is to point to items and ring them up. He then told me to my face he doesn’t give a damn about me. On top of that the tests are not returnable.As others said if there was a rating below 1 it was be fitting.

I've consistently faced delays with prescription orders at this CVS, creating significant inconvenience. Whether it's late preparations, the need to order from elsewhere, or prolonged insurance approval, the process takes longer than few days to a week. This has been especially challenging during urgent health situations. Improvements in service speed and communication are necessary.

After waiting in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes, it was finally my turn to pick up my prescriptions. Since my insurance was not covering any of the cost of the meds, I was asked if I was aware of the high cost. I told her I was aware and asked if a coupon I had would work. She told me I’d need to come inside to check the coupon. I explained I had just waited over 20 minutes and I didn’t have time to come inside. She refused to help and said there were cars behind me so I’d need to come in. After some back and forth, she aggressively threw the phone down to get backup. The pharmacist came to the window and he told me I’d need to come inside. I explained I had already waited for over 25 minutes and did not have time to come in because I needed to pick up my kids up from school. He insisted. I explained there are no signs saying they don’t take coupons through the drive-thru and in the time they spent arguing with me, they could have checked my coupon. I held up my phone to show the coupon and asked if it would even work. He looked and told me the coupon would not work.(Ok then! How hard was that?! Also, I’m trusting he knew this from experience and not because they were trying to get rid of me) He walked away and she asked if I wanted my meds. I paid several hundred dollars and left. I’ll be switching pharmacies- it’s not their fault that my prescriptions are so expensive, but the least they could do is treat their customers with kindness and respect.

0 stars for the pharmacy. You’ll die waiting for the prescription to be ready.5 stars for the rest of the store. There’s regularly no employees after midnight so people go and steal stuff.

Update: Service has substantially improved!Original: Terrible service and been this way for years, but seems to be getting worse.- don't promptly fill prescriptions sent in by doctors--after waiting two days, had to call them to get them to fill them--happened twice in two weeks- frequently out of stock of common medications- don't answer the phone during the day--it's open 24 hours so the only time they seem to answer is at night or early morningI have to use CVS for my insurance coverage. Not sure if the other local CVS also are like this, but this is the only close to our home.

Need a passport photo for your kid? Don't go here. Even though all of CVS marketing and website information says kids of all ages. This store has decided that it is against their store managers policy …. interesting. What a WASTE of time.

i cannot believe all the negative reviews, my husband and i went there for our Covid boosters and yes they were very busy it was Saturday which people have to take into account, Frank the pharmacist was wonderful . We will definitely go back at another time.

If there is a lower rating than 1 this site deserves this. Some are better tha others but I had someone today who was rude and yes, I understand you are busy but before even checking the client's record staff is already saying "it cannot be done?". No matter how busy your site can be, customer service is key - keep your cool and listen and check before saying NO. It turns out - Yes, it is possible - especially if the same procedure has been done repeatedly in the past and with other staff members.

They dont answer the pharmacy phone. I've literally been on hold for 45 mins and am still waiting as I write this review. They filled the incorrect dose filled because they didn't read the full script.They'll tell you 20 minutes for it to be filled, and when I show up hours later and its still not filled. This has happened on multiple occasions. Overall, unorganized and slow service. Save yourself the headache and go to Target or Harris Teeter nearby.

Pharmacy customer service is terrible at this location. Extremely long wait times picking up in-person or when calling to speak with a pharmacist. At times, they don't even answer the phone. Generally disorganized and staff lacks professionalism and knowledge. I recommend you look for an alternative pharmacy, if possible.

Dr sent Rx to the wrong CVS (20 mi away). I asked the pharmacist to send it to the CVS near me. He canceled the Rx. I called the doctors office, and now I have to wait for the nurse to contact me.
