I worked with Craig, Gloria and Amy on the recent purchase of my home. From the first time I spoke with Craig all the way through our on-time closing, I was continually impressed with the knowledge, responsiveness and professionalism that he and his team exhibited. As a first-time homebuyer, I was not always clear on the next steps and often had many questions, and the team at Apex (especially Gloria!) always kept me moving along, making the entire process so much easier and less stressful than I ever had expected it to be. I can't envision a scenario where I would ever go anywhere other than Apex if I needed another mortgage or to refinance in the future.

Craig and his team at Apex did a fantastic job guiding me thru the process, explaining the options, processing my application, and getting me the best rates. They were very responsive, day and night, and were very prompt responding to any of my questions. Apex has set up a very user-friendly and secure online system that allowed me to easily upload and exchange all my mortgage application and supporting documents with the staff. They are a group of knowledgeable and trustworthy folks that are very pleasant to work with. They are also well recognized and highly respected by all real estate brokers I talked to.

Craig and the whole Apex team are the best in the business and the only company I will work with for purchasing a home or refinancing. Craig is extremely knowledgeable about the best products available and his team makes the whole process extremely easy and stress-free. When I purchased my first home, Craig helped me look at multiple scenarios to be sure I considered all the best options. In the end, I felt 100% confident with my purchase and the mortgage he structured for me. As the market changed over time, Craig was always proactive in reaching out to be sure we took advantage of improved rates and products. We worked with the Apex Home Loan team for the first time in November 2017 with excellent results. Craig and his staff provided outstanding customer service while constantly keeping us apprised of all milestones during the entire lending process. I have now used Apex Home Loans three times for mortgage services (two home loans and one refi) and each experience we've had has been enjoyable and stress-free. They do a great job of coordinating the small details with our agent, title company, etc. and made sure we received ongoing updates throughout the entire process. Any time we had a question, the Craig's team was more than happy to spend whatever time was necessary to address our needs.
