Love this place! Need one in Frederick MD! Has some great products you don’t find in your regular grocery store. Fabulous wines and pasta choices too.

We were looking for a small armless chair and checked online to see which store had it in stock. The system indicated that this store had three pieces, so we drove almost 60 miles to get two of them. When we arrived, we explained the situation to the store manager. Unfortunately, she was not helpful and quite disrespectful. She went to the back room and returned, stating she had only one chair. We pointed out that their system showed three, but she refused to listen or assist us in arranging delivery or checking the nearest store's inventory.
We decided to purchase at least one chair and requested the 20% discount that was officially posted. She claimed the discount only applied to online orders picked up from her store. We placed the order online, but it took an hour to receive our furniture.
I have visited many stores, but I have never encountered a manager who seemed to dislike her job or was naturally rude. She should either fix the inventory system or undergo training if she doesn’t know how to operate it. This experience wasted our time and energy and made us question why we ever chose to shop at WorldMarket.

I watched the poor cashier literally be berated by a customer. She handled it with such class, told the customer she didn’t want to make excuses for the stores shortcomings and apologized profusely to the customer as the customer kept going on and on with the insults. She handled the tough customer with the upmost professionalism. She was clearly shaken up after, but her professionalism deserves to be recognized here! Cudos!

Almond cookies ordered online and picked up were out of date. Didn't notice till I got home cause were tightly wrapped. Customer service wanted me to drive back 29 minutes to return for $6. Threw them away

While they still have a variety of adult beverages, some can be found cheaper at total wine.

A very favorite store… the food market is packaged delight’s from around the world. Coffees, alcohol beverages, candy, spices, sauces, side dish and main dish packaged food. Then there is furniture, kitchen, bathroom decor… greeting cards, jewelry and more. Well worth a visit.

A great store to shop unique products. especially in the holidays. although the store can use a little bit of organization. things are all over the place and its hard to really enjoy shopping when you feel like you walked into a burlington coat factory.

Messy, hard and sometimes impossible to maneuver around unpacked items, and terrible customer service. I asked multiple staff members if they had preserved lemons and I was told “I don’t think so.” I found them anyway. This is just one story from my most recent trip.
