I always appreciate the ladies here with their advice and patience when folks are stuck with decision making. One lady was at the counter for some time asking questions and they were so patient with her!

Asian owned with BLM posted on the entrance of the store. It's only to lure AA customers. Salesperson was annoyingly aggressive with trying to persuade customers to buy the more expensive products. Main issue is they're deceitful with labeled prices and sales. One employee told me a product was 10% off. The front cashier was extremely confrontational about honoring the discount. Even after I said don't worry about it, because I did not want to argue about a 10% discount. She continued to argue! The same people that keep a watchful eye assuming a certain group of people are coming to steal are the biggest thieves!! I'll NEVER return.

I went into this establishment for the first time today. There were lots of hair care for people of color. The owner followed me as if I was going to steal something. Other customers were in the store too that spoke Mandarin and they were not followed. Being a Black woman, he assumed I would steal. I don't appreciate being treated in that manner. I wouldn't shop at this store , if you are an African American.

Looking at stuff in the back the owner was lingering as if I was going to steal something. Once I realized I started walking to the front and he started waking too watching me. Went to the front with my things and decided not to buy anything. Crazy thing is a actually need a few things and was going to buy a lot more than I had in hand. The store is cheap but they must have an issue with people steal judging from how I was treated.

I went here looking for magnetic curlers to set my hair. Amazon is getting kinda sketchy here lately. My first impression of this place was not favorable. I have to say I really question the liquid substance inside those bottles of shampoo and conditioner. They reminded me of knock off designer handbags. And I'm pretty sure they were talking about me not bc I was rude but bc I didn't look like their typical knock off designer handbag customer. If you're looking for decent priced curlers and hairpins then I'd recommend them. But for all other beauty products stick to Sally's or Target.

This store has soooo much stuff! I found everything I needed for my hair, lashes and even cute slippers all for a very reasonable price.The staff is very friendly and helpful.
