I had the best experience this morning picking up my prescription! I have had a terrible time at two different CVS locations in the area and was determined to switch pharmacies, but I will gladly drive a little further for this service. I was helped by a female pharmacist around 9:30am who worked efficiently with the customer ahead of me resulting in less than a minute of wait time (I don’t mind a wait, but it was so nice to see that someone was valuing my time and doing their best). More importantly, she competently tracked down my prescription, checked the bottle, positioned the bottle in front of me so I could also review the label while she continued on her computer, and asked clarifying questions about my profile. She asked me if I had any questions (rather than just telling me to sign, which never particularly bothered me, but it sure is appreciated to be asked), and facilitated the rest of the process. She had a wonderful disposition, didn’t treat me like a burden, and I will return to this pharmacy as a result.
Note: I came to this pharmacy because of a wonderfully helpful phone conversation with a different pharmacist over the phone last Friday afternoon. She competently answered my question about whether my prescription would be able to be filled (this was a problem and the other CVSs I tried the days prior) and explained it could be ordered and would be ready in a few days. If not for this phone call I would have switched from CVS despite relying on CVS my whole life because it has just been that terrible lately (other locations).
As for store #11433 (Wisconsin Ave), beware!! Demeaning and horrible.”

“I never thought I would leave a review or comment for a 7-Eleven but I think they really deserve it. It cannot go unnoticed that it is the cleanest I have seen in many cities in the state. I feel super comfortable buying coffee or any sandwich because everything is very very clean I always have another store closer to my house but it's not as clean as this one I don't mind driving 12 minutes from my house it's really worth it.”
“I stopped by Walgreens randomly today to grab some cold medicine. There was an old lady with a cart making her way up to the pharmacy window. When this Asian lady came out of nowhere and cut her off with the rudest look on her face. I was very proud that the pharmacist saw what happened and helped the old lady first. It’s just so disgusting how some people treat old people these days. Like have some respect. I will be transferring my prescriptions to this store. They care about fair treatment and equality. What is appalling is how this Asian woman tried to claim discrimination for not being served before the old lady she cut off. Kudos to the pharmacist. Good job young lady.”
“Went to inflate my tires, but could not get air machine to work. A gentleman at the shop showed me where to find the right pressure and then inflated my tires and declined payment. Kindness and professionalism deserve six stars.”
“7-Eleven on Parklawn Drive! Perfect location across from 5600 Fishers Lane and La Brasa chicken restaurant. And it has a gas station, so everything you need is in one place. The prices are reasonable, and they have all the 7-Eleven goodies: Big Gulps, Slurpees, coffee, and other essentials. Thank you for opening one exactly where we needed it!”

“On May 9, 2021 at approx 5:30pm my 14 year old daughter bought a Slurpee at this location and as she was paying the man behind the counter asked her if she wanted a boyfriend. The next day, I contacted the manager and she acted immediately terminating the employee. She was very understanding as she is a mother with her own children. The five star rating is because of her actions. I introduced myself in person to thank her and she was close to tears because of what happened.”

“This is another place I like . This is called 7-Eleven . This has a good sized parking area . It has things from stationary stuff, to snacks , magazines , to sodas and coffees , Hot Chocolates , To The infamous Slurpees , and Big Gulps , to freezer sodas ,doughnuts ,and sandwiches , Bags of Ice , and More . They have Hot Dogs , Tacitos , And Pizzas . The place is clean and everything in its proper places and catagorized . They have playing cards, and sports Wear at times such as Knit caps to regular caps , to Gloves , And Scarves . They have cigaretts behind the counter near the cashiers . They have a huge Cashier Counter with a good cashier team That is attentive , Welcoming , Inviting , And Friendly . I Hope you all love this place as I do with all they have to offer you there . “So I have been coming to this 7-Eleven for almost 20 years and I have never really had a huge issue. They are usually the best 7-Eleven in the area however, tonight was a little bit different. I came in at about 2:30 AM and there was only one person working. Veronica. She is a new employee and a very pleasant person. I asked her to make me some fresh Hot food. Taquitos and beef patties. She was very accommodating and without hesitation, she attempted to make them for me but, like I said she is a new employee and wasn’t exactly sure on the cook time. The stuff that she started cooking just so happen to burn a little bit and she apologized and asked if I would like her to remake it. I said yes and she was about to start cooking again when I asked her if she was the only person working. She told me yes however, a more senior employee was supposed to be there at midnight to train her but, he had not shown at his scheduled time.. She felt very bad and I told her not to worry about it because it is not her fault. Her coworker should’ve been there to assist her when he was scheduled to. Just so happens that the coworker was sitting outside in his car in the parking lot. I went out and told him that she was waiting for him and needed help. He finally came in and made the food (which was under cooked this time but I digress). I don’t understand why he was so late and took his time to come inside because he had been sitting in the car since I had got there 20 minutes prior. Long story short, Veronica is awesome and too good to work there. I feel very bad that she has to deal with that. She is such a nice person with great customer service skills and deserves better. I feel very bad that she has to deal with that as she is very eager to learn but is not provided with the tools and help to make her succeed. The other employee is a j*** for putting her in that situation. I am sure one day she will own her own 7-Eleven franchises because she values her customers and takes pride in her work. I wish her the best and I hope that other employee gets his act together. That is just not fair. On top of it, I asked her why she works at 7-Eleven and she said that she has her children to provide for and that is the most important thing in her life. VERONICA, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HARD WORK AND THE PRIDE YOU TAKE IN YOUR JOB. YOU DESERVE SO MUCH BETTER AND I THINK YOUR POTENTIAL IS UNDER UTILIZED. I WISH YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN THE BEST. I KNOW THAT WHEN THEY ARE OLD ENOUGH, THEY WILL UNDERSTAND AND BE SO GRATEFUL FOR SUCH AN AWESOME MOTHER.”

“I heart this location. A clean and fully stocked CVS. The coupon machine is always working, which is a plus for me because I coupon a lot! On this particular trip, I was in dire need of a pharmacist. I forgot her name, but she helped me get the right meds so I can get back to my old self. There was lots of Valentines day candy on clearance . I like how there is a cashier to check you out. Yall know I don't like self check outs lol”

“I have never been to this location due to having others nearby that are a little bit more conveniente but I was impressed by the level of service and care Nicholas provided. He helped me with an issue I had with an order I placed online to pick up at the store and went above and beyond to assist me. Nowadays that it seems like good customer service is a thing of the past, it is great knowing there are associates like Nicholas who still care about the customer experience.”
“I lost a personal item and stopped by this store to see if anyone found the item. Both the clerk and Manager was so helpful. They went the extra mile in assisting me in trying to locate what I lost. I never found the item, but it was their kindness in willing to assist me in locating the lost item. Most places would have responded no, and went about their business. “This CVS location is extremely well managed, thanks in large part to Axel Gary, the store manager for the past 6 years. They handle a very high volume of customers at both retail and pharmacy by using an amazingly large number of staff. Yesterday at the pharmacy there were 3 staff members checking out customers and 5-6 pharmacy staff intaking and filling prescriptions. Staff keep shelves restocked continuously and are called upon immediately to handle the checkout line if needed and assist customers with self- checkout issues. Axel and other managers routinely circulate throughout the store greeting customers and offering assistance.”

Spacious parking lot and the most important of all; a nice-hardworking customer service representative(the lady at working hours). Any size Coffee ☕ is $2 with muffin, always fresh and nice.”

“This location is tucked away in a small shopping center behind Park Potomac. It's super easy to park at and the staff inside are super friendly. I don't shop for groceries at Walgreens but will stop by to grab discounted paper towels or laundry detergent. Items are always in stock and the lines move very quickly. The photo department is also really nice. I print a few 8x10s here a month since I don't have a printer that does photos that large. The photos are always ready to go and they have a neat notification system that allows you to have other people pick up your order. For a convenience/grocery story it's pretty no frills which is what I look for. If you have a sweet tooth make sure to go the day after Halloween and you can buy candy by the pound.”

“Usually MCPD still stick around which has its perks of deterrence. Conveniently next to a McDonald's so passer-bys can always get something to eat on the way to their destination. Convenience store has the main goods, as expected. Gas prices are fair in comparison to other places. The location is perfect if you're coming from md-200 / i-370. Closer to a Giant, subway, Chinese and Capital One bank and even a SECU branch. Easily seen from shady grove rd.”
“The 'photographer' has just refused to help me because she had a lot of orders. I found her chatting with her colleague, but as soon as I asked for passport photos she blatantly refused to help me. I am still shocked by the terrible service. She even had the nerve to refer me to another store.”
“Generally speaking I have a good experience in this store. But there is one cashier who is incompetent. When I was returning an item she told me three times "you did not buy this at this store" when in fact she was holding the receipt I had given her for the item and I had circled the item on the receipt. So in short you cannot trust your cashier at this location.”
