Reading the other reviews they are right about this bank I thought maybe I was overthinking but after seeing this, I know Now how i was feeling was real. The customer serviceAt this location doesn’t treat others fair and make you feel as if your concern or account does not matter to them. The owner should reevaluate the staff and that is including the manager, and the bank tellers. Any kind of neglect , discrimination & More can cause a customer or someone wanting to open an account the right to sue because they way they are & what other people are saying can happen

The ONLY thiing that was good was they opened a HELOC account when others wouldn't becuase my home was new; that was 3.5 years ago. After that, everything else was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any bank in my four decades of having bank accounts. The first part was that the online site was the least useful I have seen. doing any online banking was anything but easy. they "offer" Zelle but it has always been "temporarily" unavailble. The most recent and most aggregious was that my usual bank attempted a payoff of my HELOC; they actually overpaid by about $300 but instead of showing this it showed i have a $25,000 outstanding balance. When i called the helpline, they acknowledge there was a problem with online banking.Never never never use this bank, unless you have no choice.

The lady I spoke to was very rude, I will not be banking with this bank. She made me feel like I was stupid and laughing at me because I asked her questions. I will not be giving this bank my business and suggest everyone the same. Very unprofessional.

Terrible . Online service is impossible and ridiculous . Wait for call service is at least 40 minutes to one hour. GO Elsewhere!!!!

Fulton Bank is total garbage. They denied my attempt to open a new account stating simply that maybe for one of the following reasons. None of this actually tells me how to resolve the concern. Basically if you want to waste you time, try to get an account with them. "We were unable to verify some of the information you or your co-applicant (if you had one) supplied on the application.Your co-applicant's Qualifile® credit score contained in a report provided by ChexSystems® Inc., a nationwide consumer reporting agency. We required more information from you in order to complete your application, and it was never provided. After 30 days, we close all applications that have not been completed."

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I came to this location to cash my payroll check. I usually frequent the Timonium location, however in a rush I stopped at this location because I was short on time and wouldn’t make it to my normal. They would not cash my check because they said they needed to verify with the company. They called my normal locations and verified they knew of the company but were still hesitant to give me my money.

Good overall - I wish they would open up an hour earlier midweek. If you work downtown then you're only option is Friday from 5pm-6pm or Saturday

Less then 1 star. They didn't want to cash a check that has been regularly given until they talked to someone to verify on a sat. So if he didn't answer I was short until Monday. Then in verifying their language barrier from both cashiers didn't understand him saying for a 1000 , for 4000. The worst experience
