Deceiving ! I came in to get my car repaired, they told me that the price to repair was $920. But then they told me it was best to change the part instead of repairing the existing part and that it would cost $2,400. I agreed to replace the part, and they said it would take 4 days to fix. 5 days go by and they say they were unable to get the new part in a decent time frame so it would be easier to just fix the part and they told me to come in. I went in and they had already fixed the part but they were trying to still charge me the full price that it would have cost to replace the part! I declined but they had already done the job without me agreeing to the new price. And let's say that it did cost more to fix it but they never told me how much more and I didn't agree to the job and new price. This is such deceiving and I feel cheated that they convinced me to pay more for a new part but they ended up not even giving me the new part. In the end I paid about $1,400 for a job they had quoted me for $920.
