Clean and Shine is fabulous! When another company failed to remediate our mold problem properly, Clean and Shine stepped in to save the day with a courteous, timely, honest, and thorough assessment and treatment of our issue. Problem solved--and at a reasonable cost, too! We cannot say enough good things about this truly trustworthy company.

I had the unfortunate experience to have 80% of my house damaged by burst water pipes. Gary and his team came out within a day of when I called to help mediate the mold that developed on main main floor and in my crawl space. Clean and Shine was very compassionate throughout the whole process. This is a very devastating thing to happen and I could not recommend this company more highly. They were very thorough in the mold removal as verified my air quality environmental tests. If you ever need mold remediation and want to work with an honest, hardworking, compassionate company, don't hesitate to call Clean and Shine. You won't be disappointed.

I was dealing with slightly elevated levels of lead dust in a 100-year old house. Not many cleaners offer the specialized cleaning needs to really clear lead dust from a home - it's much more than a deep cleaning. A house can look totally clean and still show elevated lead dust. Fortunately, I found Clean and Shine Restoration and they were quick to assess my situation, give me an estimate and schedule the work. Their crew spent two days doing a thorough job with specialized equipment. I had lead testing done before and after, and I can see from the results that Clean and Shine Restoration did an excellent job. They were also friendly and responsive. Yes, this specialized cleaning costs more, and in one sense it is not a fun way to spend money like a vacation or new TV is. But in another sense, protecting your kid and family from harmful things like lead dust is absolutely the best investment you can make and worth every penny.

When our basement flooded twice in one month, Gary and his crew did back to back clean up work for us. Initially, there was a nasty storm in our area while we were at the beach. We came home to find about a quarter of our basement rec room carpet soaked due to water coming down the hill into our deck and down the stairs under our door. As brand new homeowners, my husband and I did our research and had several water damage remediation/restoration contractors come out and give us quotes. Clean & Shine’s estimate was by far the best (in terms of cost and comprehensive services). They came immediately and cleaned, dried, and shampooed our carpet back to life. The day they left a much more severe storm caused our entire basement to flood in a matter of 30 minutes. The next morning Gary and his crew came back out and immediately got to work. This time all of the carpet, baseboards, and some drywall had to be removed. Gary was extremely responsive throughout the entire ordeal. He also worked with us to offer very reasonable pricing both the first and second time around. The Clean & Shine team were very timely, polite, reliable, and did a great job on both clean up efforts. Our basement flooded due to a faulty sump pump. There was at least 4 inches of water due to the heavy rains and nothing to pump the water away from the foundation. This wasn’t identified till we returned from work which was after 7pm. We called Clean and Shine restorations that evening. They were on site by 8am the next day. Edwin Jeminez and 4 others arrived with all equipment necessary to complete the task. They were truly professional and kept us at ease throughout the process. The estimate prior to the work starting was exactly what they charged (no games or hidden fees). Gary was compassionate offing assistance with the insurance company. This is a great company and we will definitely recommend them to all of our family and friends!!!!Service: Water damage cleanup

Occasionally you have an absolutely perfect experience with a home repair/improvement company. This was one of those experiences. Gary was incredibly knowledgable about mold remediation, he was an absolute pleasure to work with and, bonus, his work was reasonably priced. His employees were equally knowledgable and pleasant. I was so impressed that I rolled up a carpet for him to take and and have cleaned before he left. (He did a great job on that too.) One last thing... he returns calls quickly!
