Stay away at all costs, promised if I wrote a letter stating how wonderful their service was they would give me money back. Liars. Owner got rude with me when I called to collect. This is an old review as it occurred back in 2003 however just ran across the letter they drafted for me to sign and it just plucked a nerve again lol. Surprised they are still even in business 18 years later.

Mid-January was my last order from here, it was so poorly handled. When I called in, a man answered who passed the phone off to another employee who put me on hold to pass me to another. The only thing that was different this time was her attitude. I was transferred yet again, to someone who was helpful. Took me about 5 minutes in all to get to a customer service rep. Never using this service again.USE DHL!!!

I will not being using City Xpress because of their poor customer service. Drivers are friendly, but the customer service person (no name will be given) is simply a very bad representative of the company.

I've used City Xpress many time in the past when I've needed expensive items moved on demand. While the service is effective, I've been subject to poor customer service; Condescending tones, rushed responses and an impression that my business is unwelcome. This has been an ever increasing problem, but mostly consistent with one employee in particular. I don't want to name drop, but this person seems unhappy with her job and takes it out on customers.

This school it’s very nice. The instructor explains everything if students have any questions she is always there to help you out.
