Chico's is a busy women's clothing store located in Rockville MD. It carries the latest fashions in multiple sizes. There are often special sales events. I found several tops of good quality for 25 per cent off. Staff is helpful. Well worth a visit.

I went to the Rockville store today around 1:00 pm, ready and willing to spend money. I walked into the store, there were 2 sales persons and a manager at the register. No one greeted me. That's ok, small staff, and they're helping other customers--No problem. One salesperson did approach me. Not a "Hello welcome to Chicos" but, "can I get you a fitting room?" That's not how you greet customers. Once the crowd dwindled to just me in the store, not one person approached me to see if I needed anything, However, a white person came to the store, and all three sales people greeted him with "Welcome to Chicos". But, I'm still not upset. I found some items, went to the cash register, and the manager was equally cold and distant as if he wanted me out of there. So, I brought my items and left. After I calmed down, Why should they profit from their indifference towards me? So I brought everything back and left. I will never revisit the Rockville store. You get better customer service from Talbots and J Jill in Chevy Chase MD.

Very beautiful store ! Bright, clean, beautiful selections of Women's fashions for the fall season. I stopped in and browsed around at the clothing. The store is small, compare to the other locations that I have visited. This may explain why the staffing is small too (sales associates).

I read bad reviews which is why I want to leave mine. I am not a Chico size 0 or 1 so I knew I'd not find lots of flattering finds. But I had a gift card and coupon so I had to go. Elena at this store was so helpful and served me as though I were a regular shopper there. I am pleasantly surprised.

I needed to exchange a dress I bought online and stopped by this Chico's on my way home. The saleswoman was very nice and helped me find the right size replacement. I did not linger around because of the pandemic, but the store felt safe and welcoming. The clothes and accessories are beautifully displayed. I was surprised to read the bad reviews for this store so wanted to share my positive experience. I plan to visit this Chico's next time I need clothing.

Went to this store again...its been a few months since I was there and totally disappointed so I thought "Hey...we ALL have off days here and there so let me given them another chance." Well, I am now convinced that this Chico's store simply does not like, respect or want customers of color. I'm not one to p,ay the race card but I've now (on 3 separate occasions) watched the difference in how customers are treated and there is no disputing it! Yesterday (Friday, December 7), I stood for 11 minutes with $475 worth of merchandise that I wanted to PURCHASE and no one asked me if I wanted to try those items on, was ready to check out, etc. The woman at the register was busying herself with tags--no one else looked close to ready to check out and managed to contort her face in a scowl and turn her back on me as I approached the desk. Needless to say, I returned every item to its rightful rack and left. What I won't do is patronize that store again. I will also make sure NONe of my sister-friends go there either. At this point, I am beginning to believe that it is time to abandon Chico's altogether. Sad...they've been my go-to for years. Still...if you can't accept my BLACK, I choose to keep my green!
