I didn't have an appointment but Cheryl was gracious enough to squeeze me in on the day of my procedure. I didn't mind waiting. I found her to be engaging, knowledgeable, professional, and fast! She was familiar with my insurance and managed all of the billing for me. Essentially, I walked in, had a good conversation while I got measured, and walked out in about a 30-minute span. I also liked that Cheryl was sensitive to her other clients' needs. Remember, she operates primarily on an appointment basis. She asked if I could wait elsewhere while someone with a health condition about which she was sensitive was tended to. I noted and appreciated her relationship with and attention to this client. I would hope to receive the same if ever needed. Cheryl has a broad selection of things...I needed support hose. Unlike many other providers, she has them in stock. She handled the billing. Everything was easy peasy. Thanks, Cheryl!

I have been going to Cheryl’s Health Boutique for over 8 years. IHave always had a positive experience. As a breast cancer patient, Cece has always been kind, passionate and very knowledgeable in helping fit me for mastectomy bras and prosthesis. I recommend her very highly!

I had an extremely horrible experience with Cheryl Health Boutique. The owner took over a week to call me back and when she did she was so rude and combative. I was referred by a person and I was told that I would be taken care of. I received the worst customer service with such rage in her voice. I will never shop or spend my money where I am not valued. I went elsewhere and I got the service that is expected.I will give no stars if I could as the service was deplorable. All the rated stars 5 is a set up they get there friends etc to rate them so they can seem like they are great. Its a LIE!Horrible Horrible Horrible service.

The store manager Cece is absolutely wonderful. She responded so quickly when we got in contact with her. She is so knowledgeable, personal and accommodating as she provided a plethora of options with such short notice.

Went up there today to get compression socks. I didn’t know I had to make an appointment so the door was locked. I knocked no one answered so I stepped to the side to call to see if I could make one by phone no one answered. I left a message. Maybe 5 minutes later a white woman came and knocked on the door and was let in. I tried to follow behind but the door closed. I knocked again. Whoever the lady was took her time to open the door back up for me. Wouldn’t let me in so I explained outside that I needed compression socks. She first asked what kind of insurance I had (Probably thinking just incase I couldn’t afford it for myself) then said I needed an appointment. Didn’t even ask if I wanted to make an appointment right there and then or how to tell me to make an appointment. I know my one little loss business probably won’t affect this business but just wanted to put it on the radar for all my black people. Be cautious you don’t have to go to this business just because it was “referred” especially with something as simple as compression socks. I went to another health store and they just needed my shoe size. No appointment needed and no micro aggression.

Unfortunately in 2021 I ended up with an SVT on my left leg and my vascular doctor recommended Cheryl's. Before I left the office she explained that it was by appointment only so I should call which I did and they happen to have an appointment and fit me in. I love the personalized experience and walk through of the different styles since it was my first time experiencing a clot and I had no idea. Cece walked me through my options and provided recommendations. I left same days with my stockings and received a bill at home. I've been going to them ever since. I live far and Cece very kindly offers to mail my stockings home. I received a new prescription and left a message around 3pm today to see what they had in stock and If they could mail it or I can pick-up. I received a call back at 6:30pm from Cece very nice and professional and again offered to mail my stockings like in prior years. I love Cheryl's and I'm sorry for anyone that has had a bad experience. Please give them another try or if you have never been, give them a chance. The location is easy to find and there's lots of parking.

This is the place to go for post-mastectomy bras, protheses, swim protheses and lymphedema supplies. You'll note the negative reviews are all about them not be immediately available without an appointment. They are a very small office and if someone is fitting a client -- who may be topless by necessity -- they can't readily accommodate others. They are warm, comfortable, compassionate folk and I wouldn't go to anyone else but CeCe.

Appointments are highly recommended on the website. If you call and leave a message your call is returned in less than 1 hour. I made an appointment for today at 3:00 p.m. for Compression socks, Marisol took the measurements of both of my legs and assisted me with how to put them on properly and just how they should feel wearing them all day long. Her expertise and her kindness were very appreciated! If you follow the instructions on their website you will have a very positive experience!

This is a great shop for those who need expert advice and fitting for medical-grade wear. They give individualized and unrushed attention to each client. Because of that, they see people by appointment only. They can't rush to open the front door if they are already measuring a client for a lymphedema sleeve, etc. (And the doors are locked right now because of Covid). This policy is stated on their web page and on their front door, but I want to repeat it here: don't show up at Cheryl's without an appointment! (At least one person came to the front door like this today while I was there). And--have your doctor's prescription in hand at the appointment if you want your insurance to (help) cover it.Also--they sometimes have had trouble with their phones. So check their webpage to see if there is an alternative number (as there was, listed there, last week). If all else fails, you can try faxing them and asking them to call you back.
