The problem is not necessarily with this branch but with the bank overall. Horrible customer service who are not willing to help their customers. They locked me out of my account because I deposited a check and they need to verify with the bank that issued me the check unfortunately they're unable to do so because is a personal check not cashiers check... bottom line they're closing the account within a few days after I open it.

I made an appointment with Xiaofen Wang and I arrived there on time. While she was helping me, the manager walks in and tells her to go help another client who just walked in while I was waiting for my appointment. I was in the middle of getting help and Xiaofen got up and went to help another client. The manager at this branch is rude and has no respect for customer.

I went to this location to open a second business account and was meet with a OVERWHELMING cologne odor throughout the entire space. I couldn’t even breathe. I was asked by a lady if I needed help and I said I had a 3pm appointment. She said to grab a mask to help with the smell and my client service representative would be with me after she finished with a client. I was NEVER asked my name or the name of the person I have an appointment with. I waited 19 minutes with NO SERVICE. I couldn’t take the smell anymore and walked out. I made another appointment for the next day at a different location in hopes of a better experience. I DO NOT recommend this location!!!

I would not recommend this bank to anyone but especially minorities- The receptionist was wonderful and I actually feel embarrassed on her behalf to what happened. The Banker I was to work with was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional which is a shame since I've been an account holder for 4+yrs. (Highly doubt that will continue) Made an appointment to open 2 accounts that's 2 slots, I ran late due to unavailable circumstances and called in twice to let them know I was stuck in terrible traffic and was on my way. When I got to the bank, the banker would not only see me but went ahead to say my name was not even on the roster for the day- shocking as I had talked to her that very morning. Additionally she went ahead to tell the receptionist to inform me that her next appointment was going to come before I finished what I wanted to do that was to open 2 accounts, which was particularly weird since I had made an appointment for 2 slots that means her next appointment was still me, or at least should have been, I could see the bankers body language through the glass walls and was appalled by it. Courtesy should be afforded all potential customers but especially existing ones since my hard earned money is in that Bank. I am quite livid by the service I received and would NOT recommend anyone to go through that, the branch has 2 bankers, mine was to be the Asian lady, I suggest she attends some etiquette and business communication classes, because I am one of many potential customers leaving the bank without service and an existing customer actually going to leave the bank entirely- I do expect exceptional service considering people working at the bank are there to serve the people who put their money there- needless to say I also have Bank of America accounts and all I did to resolve my issue was to walk about 50paces 250feet across the street to get exemplar services. Chase Bank you need to address you banker's professional attitude.

Avoid this branch at all costs. The people who work here are arrogant, incompetent and have no respect for customers' time. I tried to get a simple document filed to open an account in an another state. The banker who initially answered the phone was unable to help me at all, totally clueless, didn't even know that all I needed to bring with me was identification. She directed me to the branch's business banker. After calling three times and leaving messages, the business banker never called me back, even after an appointment was scheduled. ago to another branch. Better yet, if you're a small business go to a community bank.

Had the inside staff help me order a new atm card since mine had expired while traveling/moving. Once I had a new address I sat down with the person in the most uncomfortable restraunt booth style seat to have her order a new card. The setup was awkward for both of us and the seating was uncomfortable. I noticed they have a nice Cisco teleconferencing setup and an oddly huge amount of wifi routers mounted in the ceiling for such a small footprint. I have received good customer service even if it has been a little wierd/robotic. The reason I give a 3 star is the sent me the wrong card after I sat there forever answering a ton of questions.

Opened up an account as my job banks with them. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They treat you with familiarity when you walk in and they are professional. It’s a pleasant bank trip whenever I have to go in for personal banking reasons or business banking reasons. I definitely recommend this branch.
