I have a ProMaster 3500 work van. It's a difficult battery replacement due to having to remove circuit boards to get to the battery and the size of the battery. The tech had it done in 15 minutes. Was on time and had excellent communication skills. The price was less than taking to a garage and they came to me. Easy to schedule as well. So, yes, I highly recommend.Service: Battery

What a lifesaver! I called and they were at my door within an hour. The battery was replaced in 30 minutes, all for a very reasonable delivery and installation fee. Absolutely recommend this company.

This place is a gem! Battery dead? Call Dennis! We were lucky enough to greet Ernst at our driveway within an hour. We were back on schedule with daily errands & proud they exist. If you need angels STAT, don't delay. You not gonna find a better service.

Monday morning, I get in my car to take my daughter to school and nothing. My car wouldn't turn over. My battery charger device wouldn't work either. After securing a ride for my daughter to get to school, I went to Google. I called one place - it was so automated, I was never able to get a quote. Then I called Cars & Trucks Battery Service - a human picked up. He gave me a quote - I hung up. I called around, did the math - and the math wasn't mathing. I'd have to Uber to go purchase a battery - then who's going to install it? I called back and placed my order. My tech was Ernest and he called when he was about 15 minutes away. He was nice and very professional. My battery was changed in less than 15 minutes. He would have gotten it done sooner, but I kept talking to him asking a lot of questions. He wasn't rude or anything and l asked 50 billion questions about the battery, the business, etc.. I'd highly recommend this company. The price was reasonable and the service was awesome. Let me add, their office is in Rockville, MD and I'm located in Baltimore City. Although, I'm 0.4 miles from Towson, MD (Baltimore County), a lot of companies (for other things) won't service my area because I'm in Baltimore City (they don't cover my area). Here's some additional helpful info: I drive a 2010 Acura MDX; First call placed at 8:06AM, I placed order at 8:32AM, Service Tech called at 9:49AM, arrived at my location 10:00AM. (although I was told it would take about 2 hours - so he was actually 30min early). Hope this information helps. Now, we're back in business!Service: Battery

So they came out and replaced my battery. Afterwards the start/stop feature quit working. Battery saver mode came on. This was not the case prior to the replacement. Called them back and they came and checked it and said nothing was wrong. Start/stop still disabled. Took to auto zone and they told me it was the wrong battery (was for 4cyc and mine is V6 Called third time and got an argument that this was the last time they would come out. They came and put the correct battery but the start/stop error was still there and tech said it would go away. Well it didn’t and car wouldn’t start. Took it to my mechanic and they said who ever touched the battery last broke the start/stop module that was supposed to be attached to the battery. It was broken and lying next to the battery. The technician was the only person to touch my battery. It ended up costing me another $358 to fix. All in all a bad experience which cost me extra money in repairs. Battery in my Honda Fit died. The nuts were rusted and the space was tight so i was unable to get the battery out myself. I called him at 2pm, made an appointment for 4:30pm. He showed up on time and replaced it in 15 minutes for a good price. If the same thing happened again in the future, I would call him again. Nice guy. Good work.Service: Battery

I found out my car battery died as I go to start my car one morning. After trying to charge it, it still didn't work. I made one phone call to Cars & Trucks Battery Service that evening and set an appointment for them to come out the next morning for 9AM. Dennis showed up on time and was very professional.He made quick work of my dead battery and replaced it with a new one. He even took care of the corrosion on the terminals from my old battery. Highly recommend. they replaced my battery earlier this year, and for a myriad of reasons the battery died within a few months. I called and they quickly agreed to replace it without charging me for the new battery, no questions asked. I have a hybrid that’s tricky to unlock and they again didn’t charge me during the first attempt to change the battery when we couldn’t get the car unlocked. I called a locksmith, got it open, and asked them to try again—they were back within the hour and had the car working. Asking for car help as a woman always feels like a gamble but I never once felt like I was being ripped off.Service: Battery

This is for all the women who are tired of the mechanic BS lines.Danny did not hesitate to step up and replace a battery even though the request could have been questioned. Ask for Ernest if he is available. While you pay a little more for home service it's still more cost effective than having to taxi around for car repairs if you only have one car. Purchased a battery for my Mercedes in May. Battery stopped holding a charge last night. Called to get a Technician to come as I was stranded with my infant child in tow. Technician said he would charge $130 to service but not until the next morning… but told me I could bring the battery to their location to exchange as it came with a 2 year warranty….Well after traveling over 45 minutes away the address on the receipt does not have any company listed in the building. I’ve called and left messages and no return call. Paid over $300 for a faulty battery. Shane on you for taking advantage of a single mom of 6! I am reporting to States attorney.*updateCalled back Monday morning as I still hadn’t received a return communication. Technician stated we came after hours although website states open 24 hours.Nonetheless they did not charge the service fee for coming out and installed a new battery free of charge..

I called the company and Denis was on the spot in a couple hours. He tested my battery and alternator and had it replaced in minutes. My car started right up! Had a fantastic, timely, convenient experience with Cars and Trucks Battery Service and technician Ernest last week-- called around 9 PM on a Tuesday night when my battery unexpectedly died leaving me stranded in a grocery store parking lot, a real human answered and arranged for Ernest to meet me at my place of work the following day to change the battery (I did get a jump from a store employee night of, which was also a huge blessing). Ernest arrived on time, was courteous and friendly, had the battery changed in less than 5 minutes.
