I like the carpet. Install went smoothly except for the stains the crew left on freshly painted walls. A bit annoyed that my CC was charged for the balance without my knowledge - this was despite me writing a check for the balance owed.

We used Carpet & Floor Express to have carpet replaced in our den and were very pleased by the whole experience. They were quick to respond to my initial email with a cost estimate that was lower than all the others we received. When we went to pick out our new carpet, they guided us through the selection process and got us scheduled for installation just a few days later. The installers came out first thing in the morning, removed the old carpet, and installed the new one in under an hour. I couldn't believe how quickly they got the job done. And it was beautifully installed. We couldn't be happier! I would definitely recommend Carpet & Floor Express to others.

Carpet & Floor Express recently installed hardwood floors, in my living room/dining, stairs and 3 bedrooms. Tony was very knowledgeable, patient with me and was very fair with pricing. Everything was on time (delivery and installation). Milton and his crew did an excellent job with the removal of my old carpet and the installation of the hardwood floors. The floors came out beautiful!

Carpet and Floor Express recently installed two carpets for us on two separate days. The entire experience was worthy of 5 stars. Hooman provided excellent in-store service, the selection of carpets was quite good, they were flexible and prompt in dealing with our accelerated scheduling needs, and the installers were very careful and neat when they laid the carpet. We highly recommend Carpet and Floor Express.

I am really happy with Carpet & Floor Express for best service and price competitiveness. What a great family business! Human, a sales person, Harim, his father measuring and Tony, execution were to make a great team. They installed it on time and more importantly beat Home Depot’s quote by 25% less but way better service. Highly recommended to everyone.

I have known Tony and Hamid at Carpet and Floor Express for many years. I was the Mohawk Flooring Territory Manager for this area, and have known them to be unfailing honest and knowledgeable business professionals. This is why I purchased carpet from them when I could have gone to many closer stores. I didn’t try to bargain (I know what their service is worth) but still got a surprisingly good price even though I was prepared to pay a lot more to make sure I had a pro on the job. They can do this because they take advantage of factory specials, and buy stock when the prices are low. They have also negotiated very good everyday pricing from their suppliers. Suppliers like dealing with them because they are a trusted partner that can be relied on with a minimum of problems or customer service issues.
Another thing that makes a big difference at Carpet and Floor Express is stability. Hamid and Tony take pride in long standing legacy of their family business. They have brought Hooman up in the business, and it is hard to find a young person with his level of experience and attention to detail. In addition, the installer that installed my carpet has been working there for more than 10 years. That is an exceptionally long time for an installer to be working for a business, and shows they treat their employees as well as they do their customers. I know a lot of unscrupulous flooring dealers in this area. I know a lot who have good intentions but do not run a good business for one reason or another. You cannot go wrong buying flooring from Carpet and Floor Express.
Needless to say the job is beautiful. As a former industry professional, I am very hard to please. I know what a carpet installation should look like, and I could not find any fault with mine. No one can promise you invisible carpet seams, but that is what I got. Thanks Tony and Hooman for taking care of me!
