“I was having issues with the engine light coming on. I was previously told what the issue was and had the part that needed to be replaced. Had taken the car to another shop and it was incorrectly installed. I was recommended Pro Autos by a friend who was also having one of the issues I was having. Only downside was that I had to leave the car here for a few days but didn't mind as long as the car was fixed. Mike installed the part at the correct spot, replaced the thermostat and replaced another part that was worn out. I have a Honda civic 2013. Haven't had no issues with the engine light since. Mike is very knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate about his work. Highly recommend Mike and his team!”

“The work was good. It took about 3 hours. However, on the website states they use their own power source and water. That's not true. I have yet to receive a reciept for my payment.”
“They're the only show in the area and they know it. I'm well aware of that subscription they do and I always decline. I don't come here often enough, anyway. I will say this, though. There was one attendant (I didn't get her name) who stayed behind an extra few minutes after all the others had finished with my car. She cleaned the interior and dashboard again to make sure the center console and dashboard was done right. Overall I'm satisfied, but $44 is a bit much for what you get. Still, they're the only place nearby so I will continue to go.”

“Something dripped on the door of my truck in a parking garage that damaged the paint. I had a warrenty on the ceramic coating from the dealership and they put me in touch with this company. I called and sent an email and I got a response from Ron to set an appointment. The location is right next to a redline metro station sonitnwas okay to leave my truck there since I could use that to get to work. He had my truck for a few hours and I was able to pick it up when I got off. He had an overnight box with a code, so I didn't have to leave work early to get my key. Everything was covered by the warrenty and my truck looked great after! Jon is a cool person who was willing to work with my schedule and provided a great service!”
