They even fixed an issue with a rear bracket that Tesla body shop and Tesla service wasn't able to fix properly from a previous repair when someone hit me from behind. “Top notch work. Helped bring a couple of my families vehicles back to life. Better than brand new. Especially on the Volkswagen and Prius. The Volkswagen headliner was dropping to the floor, and they did a full replacement. The Prius had more of a tough job as the stitching on the driver seat was squiggled but they had no problem replicating the factory work. A++ jobs on everything. My purpose was to acquire a pair of pre-owned tires. However, it turned out that the desired used tires and brand were unavailable. Moses recommended new tires instead, supplying the preferred brand at the best price. Placing the order with him, the tires arrived within a day. When I returned, Moses efficiently replaced the old tires with the new ones in just 20 minutes. The instant I drove away, I could sense the improved driving experience, as the new tires had been expertly mounted and balanced. “Excellent experience!I got the runaround with GEICO in getting my windshield replaced on my 2023 BMW so I decided to go directly to Safelite and talk to them. Dan was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and was able to get the windshield I needed despite what my insurance was trying to tell me.On install day, Gary performed the work and was excellent about keeping me updated on the progress. He even came out to the waiting area to show me the calibration process and I really appreciated that. The work is perfect! It looks even better than brand new and there is no wind noise or anything unexpected.When it was finished, Ayama was working the front desk and she explained the work and the final costs and there were no surprises. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to return to this location if I have another windshield incident.”
