I now see why they had awesome reviews! Armond answered the phone promptly & told me they were on my insurance company's list and exactly what to send him the Vin number and my address. They had availability today, came out and installed my new glass in 45 minutes! They even re-attached my EZ pass transponder! Highly recommend Zips!”
“At recommendation of dealer rep, took my Toyota Highlander's ripped driver's perforated heated/cooled leather seat to Leather Medic MD. Within an hour, they provided an estimate for repairing the seat with a near identically colored perforated vinyl that was 10% of the Toyota cost for a new seat and scheduled the work for a week later. They even fixed an issue with a rear bracket that Tesla body shop and Tesla service wasn't able to fix properly from a previous repair when someone hit me from behind. “Something dripped on the door of my truck in a parking garage that damaged the paint. I had a warrenty on the ceramic coating from the dealership and they put me in touch with this company. I called and sent an email and I got a response from Ron to set an appointment. The location is right next to a redline metro station sonitnwas okay to leave my truck there since I could use that to get to work. He had my truck for a few hours and I was able to pick it up when I got off. He had an overnight box with a code, so I didn't have to leave work early to get my key. Everything was covered by the warrenty and my truck looked great after! Jon is a cool person who was willing to work with my schedule and provided a great service!”
