Disclaimer: their car "detailing" service indicated on the webstie for the Tint shop deserves not even 1 star. AVOID THE "WASH" SERVICE, as discussed below.To call it a "detailing service" is straight up borderline false advertisement. First of all - I pulled up the website for the tint shop they work out of requesting the Gold package for detailing, immediately was told by the rep who "wash" the vehicles (Emphasis on wash as we will get into that next) they don't do that package. They will "detail" the exterior, and vacuum/clean windows inside for $80.NOTE THIS WAS NOT EVEN A HAND WASH. As I was going to get my vehicle upon notice it was finished, the gentleman "detailing" the vehicle was using a damn floor brush you see at self service bays, not a SINGLE hand wash was done. Not only is that not a proper way to wash the vehicle it straight up will damage the paint using that method. Who knows where that brush/bristle has been - and it is not what I paid for. I also was told they will wash to the extent of their ability the undercarriage for the recent snow/salt/sand on the roads. I inspected it myself, and it was barely sprayed and will have to take care of this myself elsewhere. Even entire wheel was still completely dirty.Upon inspecting my vehicle, they did not even bother washing my front bumper as it was all completely still dirty, and as you can see the mirrors - was left completely unattended. Absolute waste of money, while also potentially damage paint on the vehicle with their "detailing" methods. AVOID AT ALL COST.All in all - $80 for a mediocre car wash I could have done at a self service bay.
