I’ve had really great experiences here. Dr Ghatan was really helpful while I was a patient here. I had a very large cervical polyp and my doctor before her did not handle me with care, they tried to remove it in office, I was really traumatized and looking for help. Dr Ghatanworked with me and had it removed in the OR. I also got my IUD placed during that time. All of the nurses and staff are really helpful. They are fun to talk to and not judgmental. Everyone is really professional and kind. There’s a lab so they can do blood tests on-site.I’ve moved to another city but as someone with endometriosis, who has struggled with so much pain and bleeding, it was really great to have professionals treat me humanely and professionally. So many doctors just say “that’s life.” Ghatan suggested Dr. James Robinson to look at my possible endometriosis and that went really well too.

Tried to schedule an appointment, extremely rude receptionist on the phone. I decided to find another practice based off of her attitude

Do not waist your time going there! Really bad service! It has been THREE days that I can not get hold of nurse nor front desk! I m a patient of Iralia Georgiou, she recommended if I need refill a birth control pills I can call and ask for refill! However it is so difficult to get hold of front desk, if she answers, before I open my mouth she directs me to different line which I hang there for an hour that they never respond, I had no choice but to hang up! If I call again will THEY NEVER RESPOND! Ridiculous!

I had one visit with a doctor that I wasn’t happy about but overall I think the staff is very caring. I really like most of the providers. Dr. Agarwal is wonderful.

Dr Ghatan’s quality of care has greatly declined. My first two visits with her were great, she was very caring and really listened. My last two visits were awful. She no longer listens, she rushes appointments, and instead of trying to actually find a diagnosis for my weight gain she just refers me to a bariatric surgeon. I asked her to test me for PCOS + my thyroid, she says she thinks the tests will come back normal \\u0026 that she can’t order the test because I have to call my insurance to get prior authorization. Turns out she’s the one who needs to call the insurance…. If you’re looking for a kind doctor who actually cares, avoid this woman at all costs.

This is the worst location. Staff is terrible and has attitudes. Silver Spring location is 100% better.

If there was a zero star they will definitely get it. I called because I’m looking for a doctor for my wife, the receptionist tells me I have to send all my wife’s medical record to them to determine whether they will accept her or not. First, she hasn’t seen a doctor yet, she is 15 weeks pregnant. We have been going back and forth with insurance but we finally got her covered. I’ve never heard a doctor pick and choose who they accept or not. I’m not even sure how people can go to a clinic like this. And for the record maybe training their receptionist a little bit more would be nice. On searching for OGBYN doctors we go. What a bad first time experience.

At 4 weeks' pregnant, I called to schedule a prenatal appointment. They offered me a time the next day. I said, "isn't 4 weeks way too soon for a prenatal appointment?" But they assured me that it would be fine. Imagine my displeasure when I show up and it's NOT a prenatal exam, but instead a "pregnancy confirmation" appointment, which is not a real thing that anybody has ever wanted. This not only wasted my time, but cost me money in a co-pay that I'll never get back. Everyone in that office gaslit me, telling me that it had always been a "pregnancy confirmation" appointment. They then tried to scam me into coming back for a blood test, a 6-week ultrasound, and a 10-week prenatal appointment. I had to argue with an office manager to cut the completely redundant 6-week appointment. The whole interaction gave off some really pushy cash-cow vibes. They then called me back a few days later with allegedly scary blood results to try and pressure me into coming back again (and paying a co-pay again) the very next week. They scheduled it for 3:15. Then I got an email that it had been changed to 4:15. Fine. Then I received an email ONLY TWO hours beforehand that it was rescheduled to 4:00. Okay. Then I see a missed call on my phone; turns out that I "missed" my 3:15 appointment. I show up at their office asking what 3:15 appointment they're talking about. They claim that they scheduled both a 3:15 AND a 4:00 appointment. This was beyond frustrating, having to deal with bad communication with scheduling and misleading emails, but whatever, I'm there already.I go to sit down with my husband in the lobby. An employee then calls me over. They are kicking out my husband. He is not allowed to wait in the waiting room because of "privacy concerns." This was the last straw. Why are all of the other women allowed to sit in the waiting room, but not my husband? This isn't a locker room or a bathroom with possible exposed bodies, it's a WAITING room. The LOBBY. If they are concerned about someone sitting on a couch 30 feet away overhearing something at the check-in desk, then why is it okay for stranger-women to overhear, but not stranger-men? It did not make a single iota of sense.I cancelled all of my follow-up appointments and I am never letting them take another cent from me. The actual doctors were perfectly pleasant and professional but I cannot stomach dealing with the admin staff anymore.

If I could give 0 I would. If you want to go somewhere where they neglect you and your disability here’s the place! I am hearing impaired and Every time I tell them they whisper. Front desk staff is horrible they are miserable , only one is sweet and acts like she wants to be there. They said my husband can come with me today so I brought him then they never allowed him back. I had a digital positive at home and 2 standard tests that were positive. Went in to confirm the doctor who’s probably past expired to be a doctor came in very aggressively and said you’re not pregnant and I said there’s no way and she said my tests are medical grade you are wrong. I tried to ask questions and never got the help I needed. I explained last week I was in the ER for serve abdominal pain and I explained my issues… never felt neglected like this. If you want to make sure you are heard, your baby is carried past the 12 weeks mark. Don’t go here. It’s a funeral waiting to happen. Photo of my tests on all different samples.

I waited over an hour past my appointment time. I sat in the waiting room for 45 mins (because they told me to get there 15 mins early) and then on the table with my feet in the stirrups waiting for the doctor for another 30 mins. In fact, I’m still waiting on the table and typing this review from here. Who knows how long it will be until I am seen?

Nurae Practitioner Rene Johnson is great, very comforting and will take time to explain anything you have questions about. The offices are fine as well, but the administration? Look elsewhere. Expect long wait times on the phone, long wait times to hear back, difficulty scheduling time sensitive appointments, and an overall headache. I've tried to get an IUD inserted twice but everytime I call on the first day of my cycle, as they asked me to, they say it's going to be too difficult to fit me in.The billung office has also mixed up my bills and insurance so many times. I have had to call a dozen times to get things sorted and after EIGHT months they still have not been resolved. I'm ready to leave.

I have been going to this Capital Women's Care location for several years, and I absolutely love the front staff, nurses, sonogram techs, and doctors. The all female staff always make me feel welcome and comfortable. I had two C-sections with no complications as well as many routine check ups. I definitely recommend this Capital Women's Care location.

I had an appointment with CRNP Tamar. She is a absolutely qualified, empathetic and wonderful person. I was a little sceptical to visit a doctor but had the best experience. I highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of visiting the capital women’s care.
