Came on on a Friday night to get a direct deposit form. Both the manager Stephanie as well as the teller Iram absolutely did not know what they were doing. I sat in rush hour traffic just to get to the bank and not be able to get my transaction done.

I'm about to end a almost 30 year relationship with this bank because they seem not to care about their customers anymore, first they cut Saturday hours at this branch. When it was Chevy Chase Bank, all of them had weekend hours. The last straw was calling customer service many times about an ATM at the Gallery Place Metro that was out of service. All I can say is "Goodbye Capital One, if you really cared about me you would have hustled and fixed your problems ASAP. "
