Ridiculous overdraft fees. Bank is doing away with most of there love tellers meaning less interactive customer service. Choose another bank in my humble opinion.

I am very pleased with my experience at Capital One Bank. I came here the day before going to south Florida. I honestly just needed 50 one dollar bills for the strip clubs, and the banker didn't make a big deal about it. She was really hot, too. She knew I was about to make it rain on those hoes. Keep up the good work
