I have been visiting this store since it opened and at first there were several cashiers, the waiting time to pay was approximately 10 minutes and the line was very long. But for some time now being able to pay is horrible, it takes more than 1 hour, sometimes there are 2 or 3 cashiers and they are talking among themselves, they stop answering to do something else and the line is super. And not to mention that many times there is only 1 cashier.
Bad experience when paying
They should improve that.

I went there with my family and my daughter wanted to pee. The person who was in front of the door kept saying the toilet is not public. How come people come to buy there and cannot even have access to a restroom. He said my daughter who is four to go to starbucks to per. It was a terrible experience. I had to talk to the manager to let my daughter pee.

The cashiers at this store are consistently slow! Do you pay these folks a bonus to ring up customers as slowly as possible????? On 10-28-2024 at 6:55pm, the male cashier clearly sees a very long line on a Monday, and thinks it’s a perfect time to hang clothes instead of ringing people up. People like him are extremely disgusting. Such low life behavior by management and staff. Proud bums.

Worst experience I have ever had at a store. First when u enter loss prevention had me stand there before entering for a min because “it helps prevent stealing”. It was weird but I thought maybe the store is that nice i guess. But I was so wrong the store was a complete mess and to leave then had us wait at the door again. I wouldn’t recommend going unless you want to see a messy store and loss prevention harass you.

This store is the worst in customer service. I brought my invoice and the merchandise intact because the boss didn't want it because a dark-haired man with glasses told me that his boss Antonia didn't feel like telling them to receive the merchandise because there were several things. I could not change or recover my money having the invoice in hand, this is Noete America, country where your rights are enforced, where are my rights?

I tried to return an item that the cashier forgot to remove the tag detector... I don't have the paper receipt only digital because I bought it more than a month ago. I don't go to the store very often. The manager or cashier was very rude and racist because I forget mu ID . He spoke to me in a very humiliating manner.

If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this store. I have never experienced such blatant discrimination in my life. From the moment my family and I walked in, we were met with hostility instead of a greeting. The so-called 'manager' barked at us that the store was closing in 10 minutes, completely ignoring other customers who were a different skin color.
As we tried to browse, he continued to single us out, shouting a countdown until closing like we were an inconvenience. When we confronted him about why we were the only ones being targeted, he arrogantly responded with 'my store, my rules.' But it didn’t stop there—he even had the audacity to put his hand on me. Rest assured, I will be addressing this with the authorities since neither the security guard nor the manager seemed to care.
Newsflash: Without customers, you wouldn’t even have a store to run. It’s clear this place has zero respect for customers and even less for basic human decency. Burlington, you need to get your act together. Racism has no place in retail or anywhere else for that matter. Do better.
