Dyson Animal was dropped off with the understanding it would take a week to fix. Was given two different price possibilities. Fortunately I phoned before picking up. The store had just gotten to fixing my vac that day. That is the only negative. They found a popsicle stick and cleaned out the entire vac. They also replaced two filters that had not ever been replaced. The day of pick up my son called to ensure they would be open an extra five minutes because we were on our way...

I noticed an odd smell coming from my vacuum and took it in. The lovely gentleman plugged it it, fiddled with it for a few minutes, then told me there's nothing wrong with it. I asked, How much? He said no charge. I'm leaving this positive review because he is honest. I'll be going back there when my machine needs servicing.

A hidden gem for a 1996 Kirby G4 vaccum cleaner. The owner greeted me with a smile. Spent a good amount of time searching for the part that needed and made recommendations. Well stocked with Kirby parts.

Called Brothers Sew & Vac on Rockville Pike to ask them to install a battery on my Dyson vacuum, and informed I should come in and they would give me a free estimate. Ten minutes later I arrived and was told I hadn't spoken to anyone at the store, and that they didn't have the tools to install the battery. More importantly, I was treated with extreme rudeness and talked down to me as though they had NO CONNECTION with Dyson repairs whatsoever, despite the "Dyson Repairs" sign in their window. Incredible. I would never go back!

This place wanted to charge me over 200.00 to replace a hose on my Dyson vacuum. I took my Dyson vacuum to a service place down the road. They replaced it free and changed out the filters too.I will not recommend this place.

Worst Service in Bethesda! The service and treatment that I received from Assane was terrible. Upon my arrival at the shop with my $1200 commercial machine, this service agent refused to even open the crate that I had used to transport the machine to the shop. He was rude and dismissed my request to service my machine. Once I pleaded with him to just "have a look", he finally agreed and decided that he would complete the repair. A week later, I returned to retrieve the sewing machine which appeared to have been fixed and I paid the written bill in full that the shop provided. On my way home, I received a nearly unintelligible and very threatening call from Assane saying I owed more money and must return immediately. Worst service I've ever had.

I came here because of the great reviews for service and fair repair cost. I have a different story! I brought my rarely used Kenmore for a tension problem. My husband OK’d a $170 estimate. When I went to pick it up, I asked for an itemized receipt. They “cleaned” it, and adjusted the tension…the rest was illegible. NO PARTS! I’m in the wrong business! I also got no talk regarding sewing or thread & such, rather the weather!
