Doesn’t seem to accept payment despite saying they are open. Card reader continuously says it does not accept chip cards. But it also won’t read your mag strip OR accept Apple Pay. It also attempted to keep my credit card despite me cancelling the transaction repeatedly. Sign says “open” although it’s clearly closed.

They give bad service, I need the receipt and there is no one to help here and they leave the pump without paper, it is bad service.

Effectively hides price for gas using credit card. Like some other stations in the area. Unethical.

Clean gas station in convenient area with extremely fair prices. Do not go to the Exxon right down the road, their prices are always at least .30c/gal higher. BP is good quality fuel so no worries there. You can save more by having BPMe Rewards App and/or their credit card if you wish.

on 7-5/32 435 pm I filled my car with gas today and I just noticed right away with my credit card transaction that I checked on the phone app that there was an extra charge of one dollar in addition to the actual receipt printed by the machine or the pump. When I talk to the person at the counter he just told me that he doesn't know about it and he only know what the machine printed out which is 51+ dollars and he is not a liar and I should not accuse him of stealing .when I asked whoever the manager in charge that time he just told me he is also the manager. I tried to call my credit card company to tell them or ask them about the one dollar additional transaction and another guy came and explain to me what it was and that was a deposit that will be cleared out later on but the first guy that I talk to become aggressive to me and told me that he did I don't believe him because of his color which I do not intend for him to feel but he just shouted on me and badmouth me and harassed me but while he's doing that he's accusing me of harassing him Also. I did not get the guy's name he is skinny with braided hair but the guy who helped me was very calm his name is Matt and he was just very calm the entire time and we're just looking this Crazy cashier who is keep shouting and on top of his throat yelling at me and I just tried to maintain my composure until I stay away from him .very poor service and since I'm working in the HR I don't think that person deserve to be a front line person or or to be in any customer service job or be a manager as he is claiming .

Takes forever to fill up, pumps trickle gas into the tank. Spent 10 minutes and seems like all the pumps were the same, so wasn't only my pump. The Shell gas stations nearby were cheaper, but didn't want to risk Rockville pike traffic to turn and go back for 20 cents/gallon. Writing this review while still, still waiting for my gas tank to fill up....horrible.

Well I have been putting gas here for long time, the only reason kicking them a star back is because when I'm done filling up, I have to get my receipt from in side the store, which can kinda get annoying because I have to go in and out multiple times.
