“My car got side swiped. It was bad, the paint came off and there were a lot of dents. I took it in to caliber collision initially and they gave me a ridiculous quote and didn't take my insurance. I might as well as bought a new car for what they caliber collision quoted me. When I left I noticed 1st choice collision a few steps away so I walked over there. I spoke to William at 1st choice collision and he gave me a quote that was so much more accurate and affordable and he notified me that they used my insurance -Geico. I left my car with William and 20 days later he gave me a call to pick up my car & that it looked "immaculate." I replied, "oh really" and thought to myself I'll be the judge of how my car looks. All I could picture at that point was how damaged it was when I last saw it. When I went to pick my car up I laughed when I saw it cause the work that William had done really was immaculate.”

“These guys are very professional, originally went in to get a quote to fix a rear diffuser, put a deposit down, they ordered the part, and got my car fixed within a day after getting said part. Victor, Felipe, and Mario are my go-to guys if anything ever happens to my vehicle from now on. Fair pricing to respectable folks. Best of both worlds in my opinion. The very next week I had received my aftermarket taillights with reflectors and I asked Victor for a quote even tho they don't specialize in custom tail lights and reflectors. Felipe and Mario got right on the job. Got the job done within 3-4 hours of dropping off the car. Amazing work from these guys.”

“Steve Thomas is the Duke of Dents, the Prince of Paint, the Baron of Blending. Usually, in dent repair, the shop will say something like “It won’t be perfect but it will look good from X feet away. If you want perfect, take it to a body shop that will paint the whole panel and pay that price.” When you hear that, head for Steve and his business. I’ve used him for years, recommend him, and he deserves his reputation. He just did a dent removal and paint blend on a 2008 Toyota RX 350 for me. I challenge anyone to find the repairs, even if I tell them where to look. He’s studied his craft for over 20 years, even travelled to learn from the best. And it shows. There is no better choice.”

They even fixed an issue with a rear bracket that Tesla body shop and Tesla service wasn't able to fix properly from a previous repair when someone hit me from behind. “Excellent service - and very reasonably priced. My Honda Civic's starter finally stopped working and unfortunately this happened in a low clearance parking garage. I coordinated with Serkan at PQ to bring it in and he offered good advice to try to start it and diagnosing the problem. In the end, it still would not start and I used Lift Towing and Recovery to extract it and bring it in, a very complicated job. Serkan was transparent about pricing, we selected the part together from three different offers from various suppliers and he then gave me a ride to Panera. The car was fixed the same day and the total cost was $440, which is very reasonable for this kind of job. Plus he saved me $30-40 in Uber costs by dropping me off to (and picking me up from) Rockville town center. Overall, a great experience and I am very happy to have found trustworthy mechanics like Serkan and his people at PQ.”

Far beyond expectations??!”

“My Dad & I have been going to Newtown for years & each time has only been the best experience! My Camaro was unfortunately pushed off the road onto a median by a tow truck. John handled everything for me down to processing & going back & forth with my insurance for the repairs. My Camaro is a more "rare" version which made it harder to match up bumpers & replacements on the exterior (even my emblems are hard to find) but John did not let my car leave their shop until my car was absolutely perfect! A lot of shops will just "make it work" & send you on your way. Not at Newtown! I was thoroughly updated on the status of my car and progress throughout which meant a lot being a car enthusiast, my car being my favorite thing.
