If you have damage to your vehicle, look no further for an outstanding bodyshop. I was fortunate to have Noe as my Collision Estimator and he worked very hard to meet my tight schedule for my X5 repairs and delivered my BMW two days early. The shop delivered a vehicle that was showroom clean. The best part of my experience was the employees I spoke with over the 3 weeks were always polite, always willing to listen to my concerns, and treated me like a valued customer. My car X5 looks prestine.

Not one for putting bad reviews on any businesses but had my M8 in the shop for almost one month. The work was finally done based on what the insurance paid. When I got my car, all the tires were out of air. Later when I got home, I found a giant nail in the back tire... Not sure why a luxury brand is so careless with their handling of luxury cars.

I sideswiped a guard rail, so there was superficial damage along the driver side of my vehicle. I had an initial inspection done and bought it here because of the BMW certifications. The repairs took an excessively long time to do. It was estimated 9 days to repair. I dropped the car off 10/3124 and it was finally repaired 12/5/24. The communication was poor throughout including them calling me about a missing insurance payment. I called them, with my insurance company on the line, confirmed that the insurance company would cut them a check during the conversation, and the insurance company emailed a screenshot to Autonation. Once I arrived there the next morning, I was told that they had no record of it and that they were trying to get it resolved with the insurance company; however, they never called me to let me know what was happening. In addition to them taking such, they caused me to miss the window for my lease ending which subsequently cost me money to get the last service done. This has been the worse BMW certified collision center I have ever worked with, and I personally would never recommend this
center to anyone!
Also, while it is not updated on neither their door nor their Google site, they do not open at 7:30am. They open at 8am.

AutoNation Collision Center was my only choice to go to so I didnt really get to compare to other shops. However, they did a really good job with my car repair and very helpful with offering information and transparent compunction. I got my car back in the time frame close to what they have estimated. I worked with Noe.

I brought my BMW i4 here after being hit in a parking lot. I found this shop online and chose them because of their BMW certifications. Unfortunately, the repair took much longer than expected, mainly due to delays with the insurance which is not there fault. However, when I picked up my car, I noticed there was more damage than when it first came in. The bodywork was poorly done—they just painted over the issues instead of fixing them properly. Now I have to get everything redone at another shop, because I no longer trust this one.
Additionally, they tore holes in the door trim on the driver’s side and the driver-side passenger door while removing parts, which added to the damage. I was also shocked to find my car returned to me filthy, with the interior covered in white dust that stained the inside. I cannot recommend this shop to anyone. Take your time to find a reputable place to avoid an experience like this.

The staff was professional, friendly and informed me at each stage of the process in fixing my car. They were transparent in their billing and pricing and returned my vehicle in pristine condition. I would definitely recommend Autonation collision and would use their services again.

Took my 535 to Auto Nation to get my right rear 1/4 panel and the bumper repaired. I decided not to get my car fixed there due to issues with insurance. When I went to pick up my car they had taken out the rear right chrome window trim (marked yellow on the attached picture). When I asked them why they took it off because it doesn't have any connection with the 1/4 panel, they told me that in order to remove the bumper they had to remove the window trim. I couldn't believe the crap they were saying. I'm not sure why they would come up with stupid comments like that. Now, I have to get a new trim which will cost $200. Which I think Auto Nation should pay for.

We brought the car in for work on Monday and picked it up Weds morning! Fastest service I've ever had on a repair. The staff is very nice and do a great job. Couldn't be happier!

Great experience with this place. I took my car there after another collision center basically told me it was not "fixable." AutoNation Collision Center had it looking perfect again in just a few weeks. Very happy with the repair work, and I'll only go here in the future.

Super happy with the repairs made to my rear ended car. I called around many shops and nobody wanted to work on my car (Alfa Romeo). AutoNation said to bring it in for an estimate and worked everything out with my insurance company. Though it took 2 months for the repairs to finish (not their fault, parts not in stock) my car looks brand new again. Thank you AutoNation and shoutout to Estela - her service and communication is on point!!

I was given the most personal and prompt attention. Everything was explained to me, including policies on after market parts. I was not given an estimate of when the car would be done until they would guarantee the estimate, and then it was exactly what had been reported. The car was beautifully repaired, even miscellaneous scratches removed. They returned it to me clean and shiny. Everyone was very polite and considerate. I would go there again if there was need. Great place!

Within 27hrs, both my wife's '23 X5 M50 and my '20 M550 were both hit (no accidents in over 25 years previously too!). My car was hit while parked at our house and had damage to the driver rear bumper, taillight, exhaust, and rear panel. Rockville Collision Center did a fantastic job with the project and brought it back to new using OEM parts. My wife's car was also rear ended when she was stopped at a traffic stop and they did a great job returning her bumper to normal.
I wanted to give a special shout out to Noe who did a fantastic job navigating the complex insurance process especially since the other driver's insurance wanted me to use another shop but I wanted to take our cars to a certified BMW shop. Great communication and customer service! They did routine maintenance that was due while we were waiting in insurance purgatory. He also helped me find a good contact to deal with a diminished value claim.
