Wow! 2 stars., this doesn't surprise me. I just visited this store and stood in the apple section at the counter for 5 minutes, no help, and the person who was in the section at the time that noticed us standing there walked off... I figured he was going to find the correct store rep. 2 minutes later still no one so I walked up front and asked a manager for assistance. He said he was sending someone... 5 more minutes later, still no help. So I left and as I was leaving the manager standing at the door asked was I helped, I told him no and it was ok, but he didn't really even seem bothered. Smh

Probably the worst best buy I have ever been to. I purchase a lot of supplies from best buy (I run a business) and Rockville has continued to fail me unfortunetely. Selling broken items with missing parts and not allowing returns or any refunds. Customer service was terrible and the other best buys in the area have even made fun of the rockville location when I've tried to return items to a different best buy (Was told via best buy agent that you can do this) they laughed and said take it back to Rockville and that they are "not surprised, I wouldn't shop there". Management wouldn't help either. Just drive a little father to a different location. Not worth it. Would gladly change this review if someone from the best buy team reached out to find a resolution.

This Best Buy is great. They have good stock on everything you need. The service was also very good. Lauren was extremely helpful in quickly helping me with all my problems and to find everything I needed within minutes! I highly recommend you ask Lauren for anything you might need help with.

I went there to the Geek Squad section to get my laptop fixed. While it seemed like they might not be able to fix the problem (because it is not something fixable), they still took my laptop and spent more time than usual trying. When they could not finally they apologized and did not charge me also. I would say great service.

I'd give them a zero if I could. From customer service, all the way to the store. Staff itself was not rude. I put in an order at 1 pm, my father who was on the line with me paid for it, and put me to pick up said order. The gentleman on the phone told me within the hour it would get picked up. I arrive, and it is still processing. I love 1.5hrs away, a total 3hr round trip. They see the order is there, the money has been withdrawn from my account, and yet I still have to wait. I call customer service, for them to just tell me that I have to drive home empty handed, and then drive back out another 1.5hrs to pick up said order. This will absolutely be the last time I make any transaction at any best buy establishment. A TOTAL OF 6HRS I AM ABOUT TO DRIVE!

I used to love shopping at Best Buy. Not anymore. Extremely poor customer service. That is, WHEN you find a store worker. If you have already decided what you want, and IF they have it in stock, they are happy to ring it up for you on the register and see the last of you. They are happy to ship it to you. Why bother? Amazon provides better value. They do a far better job with less risk. Do you want expert assistance to help you make an informed choice? This is NOT the place. Caveat emptor! ("Let the buyer beware").
