A very positive experience at this store, both with the geeks squad fixing my iphone and with sales help on a few accessories that I needed. I would return to this location even though it is not the closest to me. I believe it was John in the geeks squad and Fredy in sales that helped me and they were both great.

Buyers Beware! Some background: I cannot get to this Best Buy on my own, and I have to rely on when someone who can give me a lift is available. That said, I bought a laptop a couple of weeks ago, and the agent who sold it to me told me that he could get it to come with Windows 10 instead of Windows 11. It was sent to me through the mail - there was no copy of the product in the store at the time - and it arrived on time, but with Windows 11.
I learned that Geek Squad Online is Not Allowed to downgrade my computer to Windows 10, but they can do it in the store, but for an additional $100.00. I managed to find someone to give me a ride, and while I got to Geek Squad they Require Appointments To Be Made In Advance. I arrived when Best Buy had my appointment and when I had a ride. But the agent who sold me the computer wasn't in that day to verify my experience, and they were not allowed to give me his hours at all.
So, if I wanted to try and sort this out (before the 14-day return policy ran out, mind you), I would need to find a ride, make an appointment with Geek Squad, and hope that maybe I got in on a day with the same person in the store, and then hope that would convince the manager to waive the fee.
In the end, I had to pay an additional one hundred US dollars for something that was promised to me in the first place.

We were looking for a dishwasher and although the store was not busy, no one greeted us or asked to assist us. Several store associates passed us. We eventually got assistance for someone sitting behind a desk. He was eventually helpful.

They would not refund the money I spent on a travel converter/adapter that didn't work because I didn't return it within 2 weeks of purchase. It didn't matter if I didn't have a chance to use it and discover it didn't work until out of country or that my trip was more than 2 weeks. It didn't matter that I couldn't return something when I was half a world away. The staff were rude and uncaring.

Anthony was terrific! He explained the new system thoroughly and took the time to show me how the upgrade would improve efficiency. He knew the business And thoroughly explained the differences between each computer I was interested in. Great experience at Best Buy!
