Huge space with just a few customers and a much larger number of sales people. Staff is knowledgeable and generally helpful, but you need to find them in their hiding places and convince them that you need help. Looks as a general incentive problem.

I drove to test the meta 3 VR as I was really interested in purchasing it. But their display was broken. Asked if they had another store to test it but they can't find out or have a direct number to other best buys.

Don't bother going. So poorly staffed that we waited to buy a laptop for 25 minutes and never saw a sales person in the department. Management said "everyone just needs to wait". Just buy off Amazon and save yourself the stress.
