Bill Barrett of Beltway Movers reassured me that his company could move me flawlessly and they did! Not only did they execute the job well but did so in a timely fashion! The movers were very professional and accommodating.I recommend this company highly.I’d give them 15 stars if I could.

We had a great experience with Beltway Movers--they showed up right on time as promised, and they treated our furniture with great care. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I'd absolutely work with them and with Bill Barrett (our main contact there) again any time.

The move and short duration storage of furnishings from a 940 square foot apartment cost a fortune. After advising multiple times about the correct handling of bluestone tops for dining table and buffet, both tops were mishandled and broken in the warehouse. A nice floor lamp was also a casualty. Thankfully, I purchased insurance; however, I will be out the $500 deductible for a Beltway Movers' mistake. Management told me that they would be diligent in filing the claim and responsive to my concerns in resolving the issue. It's been 10 days and I haven't heard a peep from them as I suspected. I am beyond disappointed.I treated the guys that moved us with dignity and respect and tipped each of them well. I made payment when requested and never gave these guys a hard time about anything. I know mistakes happen but these guys should be expert at avoiding damage to our belongings. More importantly, a company should know how to recover from an error and make it right with a customer. These guys clearly skipped that chapter in customer experience training.

We had a massive job.100 years of a family business we finally sold. Needless to say, we had office equipment and items stored for years- I contacted Mr. Barrett from beltway movers. At first, we were going to save some items but after thought we decided to move the items to a better place. The company and workers could not be better. Always on time respectful and got the job done--- and at a great price.Satisfied DC customer

Overall really satisfied with the level of care and cooperation from the move team. The process to obtain a quote was very thorough and honest and the expertise was very much appreciated as we needed to know a precise estimate of how much inventory would be moved in order to schedule the appropriate amount and size of self storage units. The sales director kept in contact with us leading up to the move day, answering our questions and updating the move plan as we learned more about our storage needs. Will definitely use them for our next move and highly recommend.

Juan Ortiz was amazing! He was organized, had great ideas, put down floor protectors, brought lots of moving blankets, worked hard all day, and helped us out together our furniture. No issues and great customer service! Highly recommend him and his crew!

I used Beltway Movers for an office/corporate move. Bill was extremely helpful, easy to work with, and was quick to respond to my calls/texts. The group of guys that moved us were awesome!
