No respect for a drivers time. Sat waiting for an hour patiently and guys are just sitting around on their forklifts playing on their phone. Asked him what does a guy got to do to get unloaded around here? He says “wait”. Unbelievable lazy people!

Tractor trailer drivers, no space for turn and maneuvers, if you don't want to damage your trailer try to beck in into yard gate. Very heavy traffic on this small street 24 hours. No over night parking!!!

I've dealt with the roof center of over 10 years but this one specifically was serious discouraging. The people behind the desk are NOT helpful and don't have the sales attitude they should. It took hours and another center to expedite my business application that they acted like it's always been that way but they were just bought out by Beacon so the entire system has changed. You shouldn't treat your customers like they're idiots when you don't even know what you're talkin about and then you sell them a 10 x 10 sheet of EPDM but you cut the damn thing 9 by 10. Stupid mistakes like that cost us contractors several HUNDRED DOLLARS wasting another day dealing with people that CAN'T do there jobs properly and we SHOULDN'T have to double check simple things like that especially when it took several hours to even make the purchase.
