Joe is excellent. His shop has worked on my cars for over 20 years. Always quality service and friendly interactions.I understand that Joe is now at White Flint Auto Repair, directly across from the original Basile’s Auto Repair shop. My cars will now go to Joe at White Flint Auto Repair for service.

This review is a long time in coming- Joe Basile has been my family's mechanic for nearly 30 years! He is exceedingly honest, and his work is excellent and fairly priced. I've had both foreign and domestic cars, and Joe helped me with all of them. I have recommended him to several friends, who in turn have been going to him for many years as well. It's such a comfort to know you can trust his assessment of what work needs to be done, and what doesn't.

My daughter was visiting from Pennsylvania and her car died on a Sunday. Called Basile Monday morning and he said they were quite busy but we decided to bring the car over anyway to see if they could look at it. Two hours later Joe called to tell us that the car was running and we could come pick it up. He went out of his way to help our daughter get on the road back to Pennsylvania and we appreciate it. Great service.

Joe and his team are great! They are honest, kind, and genuinely care about their customers. My entire family and I do not trust anyone else to work on our cars. I moved to Northern Virginia about 3 years ago, and after shopping around down here, I decided it was worth the hike to take my car all the way to Rockville so Joe can work on it. You will not find a better mechanic.

Joe Basile and his shop are the best, most clever and honest mechanics I've been to for repairs. I drive all the way out from Arlington, VA to have Mr. Basile service and repair my car. I had a 19 year Honda Civic sedan with a broken electric door that Joe was able to fix when all other mechanics said it was too difficult. Joe was able to fix it for and for a great price. Joe also made the Honda steer and run better that it had in years! After I bought an used Mazda 3, I had Joe install my fog lights and backup camera and he did an excellent job! Thank you Basile's Auto for your excellent work, service and prices!

Joe is a great mechanic. Very honest and trustworthy. Presents you with options, and never pressures you into something you don't want. Been coming here for years, and hopefully he doesn't retire until after I quit driving.
