The whole team here including Faruk and Elizabeth are always so helpful. Ben is always fast at the teller station so this is now our go-to location.

It is no wonder this location has only 1.9 stars. I had to give one star or my review will not be posted. They would not cash a check that came in my mothers name for a truck that I purchased. My mother endorsed it over to me. They stated she needs to be present to see her ID. My mother is 85 yo and is not very mobile as I explained to them They did not seem too care or even try to help. I have had no problems cashing checks that my mother has endorsed to me at other banks/branches. I am also an account holder at bank of America. I will not be doing business at this location.

The people working at this branch are wonderful great customer service and always help solve our financial needs. We've been going to this branch for 7 years and even with changes in staff they have been great help.

We opened a trust account ( or thought we did on April 18th with all paperwork submitted by April 19th.) As of today we have not had a confirmation. I dropped by the store yesterday and was told I would get a call. Still no call and no confirmation. This is not what I expect. I liked it better when Bank of America used to ask, "How can I exceed your expectations?"

While we do pretty much all of our banking on-line now, we had a problem today getting funds wired out of state. Just couldn't figure it out, so stopped by this location to see if they could assist. The service and attention to detail could not have been better - it was exemplary. The team at this branch worked together to accommodate us even without an appointment (with a minimal wait) and turned a very stressful situation into a painless transaction. They even noted some updates that were needed to our account profiles and took care of those details while we were there to save us potential problems down the line. The gentleman who assisted us even called us back later in the day to make sure everything had gone through OK and there were no further problems he could assist us with! Forever grateful!

The manager named Fernanda Assurian is very rude and has no customer service skills. She’s very obnoxious and she thinks she knows everything. She used to be the manager at the Bank of America in Old Town Gaithersburg and she used to be the manager at the Bank of America on Quince Orchard Rd. At both locations, I noticed how she treats the customers and staff with very little respect. She needs to take courses on customer service and human relations. She is very full of herself and a very conceited person.

No wait time when I walked in around 2 pm on a Thursday. Staff is friendly and helpful at her best knowledge. I got what I needed in less than 15 mins.

I stopped by this location right before leaving the country to pick up my ordered currency. Parking is a bit weird, but there is plenty of parking around the building. Unlike other locations, the entrance is within the building's doors to the right. If you've reached the deli, you've gone too far. When I visited, there was a line and only one teller to accommodate about 6 of us in line. The bank manager was thoughtful to pleasantly ask each of us, individually, the reason for our visit was. Those who needed to deposits/small amount withdrawls were shown the ATM that could cater to that. I was fortunate enough to get my foreign curreny within five 5minutes of my visit. I highly recommend this location if you need to pick up your foreign currency. I forgot the bank manager's name, but if I find out I'll be sure to mention her soon.

Not having enough employees, so slow service please once you come to this branch make sure you have plenty of time and patience as well . Other wise it will give you a stroke, sorry

Since the closed the others shady grove branch, i've Been coming here. The service is abysmal. Each worker is incompetent. If you see one and they are not there, don't expect the other workers to be able to pick up and help.
