I was disappointed by the management of this gap. The associate let me know she couldn’t help me with a return and I would need to wait around 45 minutes to see the manager. I came back after waiting for management, he saw me at the register and proceeded to help no one and not come to the register. Then when he came to the register he offered me no assistance and just stood there letting his body language speak for him. Greatly disappointed by him being in charge.

This store does not live up the the area it's in. The adult side was small and had a small inventory and blah displays and layout, especially given that it was a seasonal change time and should have been lively with spring colors. Not impressed.

The only reason I am giving any stars is because of the manager, Arabia. She helped resolve a problem I had from purchasing a baby boy sweater but when I went to pull it out of the bag I noticed the receipt said it was a girls ruffle short all. Obviously the gal that rang up my transaction made a mistake. Mistakes happen. Arabia saved the day because her employee, Jumba, decided that she didn't like me or the fact I told her I was in Israel , was wearing a star of David, or whatever. She told me that I need to speak softer or she going to call security on me. I told her she should because she totally lied. They don't have security in their store. I know this for a fact as a former employee. I did not curse, scream, yell, speak or gesture disrespectfully to her. I simply have a loud-ish voice which can be a bit nasally and Jewish NY-ish accent. All I can say is this employee , Jumba, has absolutely zero resilience and has no business working in a retail environment. She is clearly unwilling and intolerant to look outside herself and realize that not everyone is just like her. My horrible experience and trying to exchange something clearly shows she cannot get along with any other type of people other than her own" kind". I surely won't tolerate the anti-Semitism that was dumped on me in this store by your employee. Note to Ariba and other manager- you should do yourself a favor and lose this lady. I can't imagine that she's actually an asset to your store. Clearly times are tough so you hired her, but in the long run she's a real turn off and I can tell by dealing with her she probably doesn't even know how to use your systems. Good luck.

I rarely leave retail reviews but just wanted to say I had the best experience shopping at this Gap location Sunday evening. The woman working was SO helpful and accommodating, despite being hard of hearing. This location is always so organized and clean and seem to stock some really great items that I wouldn't buy if I just saw it online. Will be frequenting more often!

Gap clothing is well made and stylish. I am a fan of the adult clothing and the children's brand. I really like the Pike and Rose shopping center store. It is always well stocked and the people who work there are so kind and helpful. Today, I browsed both sections of the store. At least, five salespeople offered me help and made sure I got what I needed. Daniel, was kind enough to offer me a shopping bag, when my purchases were overflowing my arms. Well, the lucky recipient of todays purchases was my youngest granddaughter. So, she will be spring ready. I will be coming back to Gap for myself. Thanks to the Gap store and all of its wonderful employees.

Google and yelp show hours opening Sundays at 11:00am. Rude, insensitive employee CLEARLY saw me standing outside on a 28 degree day with my item in my hand for a return and did nothing!! I called and all she said was we open at 12. Thanks for nothing.
