The axis apartments from an interior standpoint are quite superior to many of the apartments in the area. Due to the high increase in rent pay, we had to make the most financial appropriate decision in leaving. In building two, twice a month we would hear noise loudly on the bottom floor, but other than that, it was quite peaceful. We would’ve hoped for more community engagement and activities, which were mostly nonexistent. We wanted to give a special shout out to Jasmine Cador who took great care of us during move-in and move out and provided solutions when difficulties came along the way. Thank You Jasmine, she is the best with Axis hands down!

Went to come in for a tour on Saturday with Jasmine Giles and she provided the best tour I have ever experienced. She told me all my options and brought so much clarity to my decision on renting an apartment overall. I will circle back on moving here when options for August come around. Jasmine you are the best! Do not believe the positive reviews! Management asks residents to leave them, I was asked to leave one too!
I have lived here for 2 years and have not one positive thing to say:
1. Fire alarm goes off all the time at random hours.
2. It is terribly difficult to get into contact with anyone from the office.
3. Dog poop litters the property outside and inside in hallways
4. Mice throughout the building, not just in trash areas
5. Cars are routinely broken into in both garages, but management refuses to do anything about it, like installing cameras. This is documented by multiple residents and on the apartment message board
6. Parking is more expensive for the gated garage but the door has been broken for months and has been left open. Again, management refuses to do anything about it.
7. Guests are charged to park in either the gated or ungated garages and even on the weekends.
Do not live here. The reviews here are falsified and if the apartment message board was public, no one would live here. It doesn't matter what deal they are offering, it is not worth it.
Edited to add that it has now been several months and the safety issue in the garage has not been solved. Windshields have continued to be broken, tires slashed, vehicles stolen, and gas tanks siphoned.

Exceptional service! Mohammed came to address a problem with our sink in the bathroom, and after easily fixing the problem he replaced a bulb that had burned out before he left. Very grateful.

I'll be honest, I love it here. I've been here for three months, and the only major complaint I have is that it took forever to get the garage gate fixed while people were having their cars broken into, and we still had to pay for "premium" parking. The gate's been fixed but sounds like it's on its last legs, and I'm praying that if/when it finally dies, Equity is either quick about replacing it, or we have our fees waived.
Other than that, though, I've had a great experience. The maintenance guys are super quick with their work and very kind, the people at the leasing office are all pleasant, and while it can be hard to get in touch sometimes, the absolute worst I've had to do is go downstairs and talk to them in person- and, again, they're all very pleasant to speak with.
It's anecdotal, but I've had no problems. I'll update if that changes, but I honestly don't think I see that happening.
