This place is the worst. I don’t know how these other reviews are so high. I only went there because of the high reviews, but I will never go back. Playing blaring music. Stood there for a few minutes before anyone asked if they could help. Had to wait for them to go back to find the part and it seemed like it took forever. Turns out they gave me the wrong air filter for my car (although it is pretty standard for a cabin air filter). Went to return it but did not have my receipt so the guy said he could not refund. Then he had the nerve to say “did we give you the wrong filter or did you order the wrong filter”. Horrible customer service, prices are not any better. Find anywhere else to go.

They can't even take a phone call without attempting to transfer you somewhere else immediately.

Yeah forget about autozone , pepboys etc you néed parts this is the place to be. these guy's know cars and help you find exactly what you need fast, if its not stock they have it shipped to the store.
