This car seller ( I won't call them a dealership) is a huge scam. I paid $10,000 for a used car that started to show massive issues on the way home. As a mechanic myself, I addressed most all of the issues, but couldn't solve the one that would let me pass emissions testing. So, I decided to sell the car however, I have no title!! The owner/salesman didn't send the paper work to MVA, so now I have a vehicle that I can't drive or sell. This man and his wife who are now running this scam that used to be called auto wholesale of rockville are demonic and are causeing havoc in people's life. Do not make the same mistake and give this company any of your hard earned money.

So far, I've had a great experience with Brandon, and I would definitely give a higher rating if I had a warranty experience with him. He gives good advice for dealing with mechanics, and he seems very honest with his work. My car has a few issues that are non mechanical, and he offered to fix them for free. For me, as long as I have a working car, with no signs of mechanical issues, on the day of sale, I think it's a win. I would like to say that it did feel sketchy at first, but I can't say that my experience is complete yet. I will be updating this with my real account once a complete experience is fulfilled. Thank you!

Superior quality cars and great customer service. I was so happy with my first purchase. I came back a year later and purchased another. They refuse to take phone calls when inquring about a vehicle. No website to look at cars inventory. They send you an auto reply text to text them about a car of interest but they will never reply. Went 3 days of attempted contact.

I spent 6 weeks visiting different dealerships and test driving, coming home disappointed because of the market adjustments from this chip shortage. I came across Zip Auto Sales and Services. I called in advance, they were very nice, professional and not pushy. I found a 2011 BMW X5. It was better than Anticipated. Definitely recommend this place!! Loving my new vehicle!!!! Thank YOU!

"0" Stars!!Please do not go here! The owner is all show!! Will sale you a mess up car and not give the right information on paper or words. We are currently still trying to get the title of the car. MVA says they cannot help, and we need to go back to Auto Wholesalers for the title of the car. We call to be insulted and called every name in the book. Brandon Storm is rude and racist person. We learned our lesson. Please so not support his business.

Stay away from this business! Brandon Storm is the rudest person you’ll ever meet. Take your business somewhere else, they will scam you!! Brandon is an immigrant (sounds like from India) who has a thick accent and bullies other people.
