“We have been taking our cars to Gary and his team for several years now. They have never failed to provide uncomparable service, with fair and clear rates, as well as detailed descriptions of proposed work. And most importantly they keep track of what our car services our car has had done and what it needs and have always kept an open line of communication via phone text and email.
Here's another small but huge thing for me: a few years back my daughter and I were on vacation and had an issue with my car's starter. We were 4 hours away from Preferred but I called them anyway. I spoke to Todd (a dream!) who quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone. Because they keep such accurate records of our vehicle he was able to tell me when that part had last been addressed and explained why it may have been an issue now. He even offered suggestions for how to find a reputable shops for the repair as well as parameters for a fair pricing.
How is THAT for service?
We have referred many friends and neighbors to Preffered and will continue to do so. I cannot say enough good things about them.”

I was looking for a service to replace my windshield and Zips came up in my search. They had a coupon for money off your insurance deductible and some AWESOME reviews, so I decided to check them out. I now see why they had awesome reviews! Armond answered the phone promptly & told me they were on my insurance company's list and exactly what to send him the Vin number and my address. They had availability today, came out and installed my new glass in 45 minutes! They even re-attached my EZ pass transponder! Highly recommend Zips!”

“My car got side swiped. It was bad, the paint came off and there were a lot of dents. I took it in to caliber collision initially and they gave me a ridiculous quote and didn't take my insurance. I might as well as bought a new car for what they caliber collision quoted me. When I left I noticed 1st choice collision a few steps away so I walked over there. I spoke to William at 1st choice collision and he gave me a quote that was so much more accurate and affordable and he notified me that they used my insurance -Geico. I left my car with William and 20 days later he gave me a call to pick up my car & that it looked "immaculate." I replied, "oh really" and thought to myself I'll be the judge of how my car looks. All I could picture at that point was how damaged it was when I last saw it. When I went to pick my car up I laughed when I saw it cause the work that William had done really was immaculate.”

“I was having issues with the engine light coming on. I was previously told what the issue was and had the part that needed to be replaced. Had taken the car to another shop and it was incorrectly installed. I was recommended Pro Autos by a friend who was also having one of the issues I was having. Only downside was that I had to leave the car here for a few days but didn't mind as long as the car was fixed. Mike installed the part at the correct spot, replaced the thermostat and replaced another part that was worn out. I have a Honda civic 2013. Haven't had no issues with the engine light since. Mike is very knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate about his work. Highly recommend Mike and his team!”

He also explained why and how everything was done and why the more extensive work/fluids were not needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for his honesty and work.
