When I got a flat, they quickly and inexpensively plugged a tire that was fixable when they easily could have tried to sell me a new one. Thousands of miles later, when it was time to replace the set, they had top-rated Michelins in-stock at a reasonable price, and they were able to do an oil change along with the tire installation and alignment. This is a not just a good neighborhood tire place—it's also my new go-to for other auto maintenance like oil changes.”

“I cannot recommend JR's Auto & Body Center, Inc. enough! I've had the unfortunate need to use their services twice, and both times, JR and his team went above and beyond to help me out.
The first time, I was dealing with the aftermath of an accident caused by someone else. Most recently, my car was broken into—they stole my airbag, personal belongings, and shattered my driver-side window. This all happened just before Thanksgiving, and despite the terrible timing, JR immediately stepped in. He coordinated with my insurance adjuster, arranged for my car to be towed to his shop, and ensured everything was covered to protect my car from the rain expected on Thanksgiving.
Not only did JR finish the repairs earlier than expected, but when I couldn’t make it to the shop before closing, he even offered to drop off my car since I live nearby. That level of kindness and customer care is something I’ve never experienced with any other mechanic.
On a personal level, JR is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. We had a great conversation about the "joys" of owning a Honda and the frustrations of the never-ending construction traffic on 495. He truly cares about his customers, and it shows in every interaction.

“The most jonest body shop that I've ever done business with in my life. I've had a dozen or repairs done here over the years and every single time their number one goal has been to give me the best possible price while maintaining parts quality. they are conduit between you and the insurance company and put you first!.call the insurance company cares and for the most part has your interest in mind when it comes down to Dollars and cents it's the body shop that's going to have the final say.I have a 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid, or was rear ended , $12,000 worth of damage and tjeinsurance company, Nationwide , insisted it be totaled and scrapped, as the repair cost was higher then the value! Meanwhile I still owed $ 12,000 on the loan and didn't have gap insurance! A disaster in the making. I would have been without a car and in debt with a massive loan amount.John and White Flint stepped up, started searching parts to try and get a proposal together that would bring the repair cost in under the value so Nationwide would cover it. He then had to see if my frame was bent, which the insurance company said it was, he ,disagreed and begin the process of sourcing parts and fixing the car for $10,000. Nationwide issued a check to cover much of the repair cost! The car was still deemed a salvage, meaning the bank would not carry the loan any more, they accelerated my loan and made me pay it off in full? long story short, John and White Flint saved my car and saved me over 12,000 in debt to bank.Good luck finding a collision center that would go through this, this process took at least four months... “Steve Thomas is the Duke of Dents, the Prince of Paint, the Baron of Blending. Usually, in dent repair, the shop will say something like “It won’t be perfect but it will look good from X feet away. If you want perfect, take it to a body shop that will paint the whole panel and pay that price.” When you hear that, head for Steve and his business. I’ve used him for years, recommend him, and he deserves his reputation. He just did a dent removal and paint blend on a 2008 Toyota RX 350 for me. I challenge anyone to find the repairs, even if I tell them where to look. He’s studied his craft for over 20 years, even travelled to learn from the best. And it shows. There is no better choice.”
