Called today and Don was incredibly rude and insolent after I politely asked him a question regarding the price range for a detail. He deliberately laughed on the phone and referred to me as "some lady on the phone." Don's behavior was completely unacceptable and no customer should have to deal with his apathetic conduct.

Been taking our BMW here for years. Don is super knowledgeable, friendly, and does great work. Recommend Autodynamics to anyone in the area with a BMW. It's hard to find an honest reliable mechanic, look no further.
